I heard a knock on the door and I quickly wiped my eyes then told the person to come in.

"Hey Rosiane" Zander greeted then Hazel, Marie and Cain entered behind him.

"Hey guys" I smiled weakly at them as they stood on the opposite side of the bed.

"How's he doing?" Hazel asked with sympathy in her eyes.

"Still no signs of waking up but he's stable" I shrugged the looked over at Cain and smiled, "it's nice to see you again"

"You too Rosiane" he smiled.

Since the attack, the rogues had run off while a few stayed and requested to join the pack. Then as for Cain and Marie being mates, well they seem to be getting along well. I've noticed a change in Cain and his face lights up whenever Marie enters the room.

She was hesitant at first because of who he was and how they had met during an attack that he began. But after I had a talk with her to reassure her, she was slowly beginning to trust him.

The door opened again and Madeline walked in holding a plate. She smiled at the others then handed me the plate.

It was simple breakfast foods, bacon, toast and eggs. But as the smell made its way up my nose, I felt a familiar liquid rise up my throat.

I quickly stood up and ran to the bathroom then began vomiting into the toilet. Frantic footsteps followed after me and I felt my hair being held back. When I was done, I sat back and leaned against the cabinet behind me.

I looked up and saw Maddie frowning at me.

"I'm fine Maddie" I tried to reassure her but she shook her head and left the bathroom.

No less then two minutes later she came back with Dr. Blake.

"Come with me Luna" he smiled as he helped me stand and began leading me out of the room.

"No I can't leave him" I mumbled tiredly as I pulled away from his grip.

"We need to give you a check up Luna" Dr. Blake sighed.

"Well you can give me one here because I'm not leaving him" I replied stubbornly.

He smiled at my stubbornness and left the room before coming back with a small bag.

"Could you guys give us some privacy please?" He asked the others in the room. They nodded and quickly left.

Dr. Blake laid his bag at the end of Noah's bed before taking out a needle. He gently grabbed my wrist and turned my arm so he could take some blood.

Dr. Blake rushed into the room with nurses following closely behind him. I immediately jumped from my seat and moved away from them as they moved quickly around Noah's bed.

I watched with wide eyes as Dr. Blake shot out orders to the nurses who complied without hesitation.

I felt a hand grab my shoulder, making me jump in shock. I turned to face Cain who looked at me with worry.

"Come on Rosiane. Let them do their jobs" he said softly as he tried guiding me out of the room.

"No! I'm not leaving him" I spoke as I shrugged off his hand.

"Lil-" he began but stopped as the frantic beeping became a single, consistent beep.

"No!" I cried, "No Noah. Please no. Noah don't leave me please"

I collapsed to the floor and screamed in agony as I felt my heart tightened in my chest. A set of arms picked me up and carried me out of the room. I struggled relentlessly and screamed my mate's name.

"No! Please don't leave" I sobbed. I continued pushing Cain's arms away until he finally put me on the floor. He wrapped his arms around me so I couldn't run off and pulled me into his chest.

I cried and screamed into his chest.
