He finally gives up and lays underneath me. As I start to doze off I feel his wolf shift underneath me. He gently pushes me off him and shifts back into his human form. When he picks me up I remember what the Moon Goddess said to me about how after I shift I will be out of commission for a few days. While I am recalling this I am lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking in Jay's arms while he walks back to the house.

'Timber shakes these trails they are derailed.

Phony, false, and frail.

An empty ocean lost our way with no direction home.

Golden needles, names we take in vain.

Find it harder to remain.

And nothing's sacred still waiting on an explanation.

Right before my eyes I saw the whole world lose control.

The whole world lost control before my eyes.

I fell through the floor, I couldn't take this anymore.

I can't take this anymore it breaks my mind.

Holding dirty hands over the flames.

Getting pleasure from the pain.

Softly screaming the pistol that you raised has spoken.

Golden needles names we take in vain.

Find it harder to remain.

Well nothing's sacred still waiting on that explanation.

Right before my eyes I saw the whole world lose control.

I could see he was startled when he turned around. He looked at me with joy in his eyes. He seemed to forget he was only in a towel and rushed towards me, letting it fall to the ground. I made an unintelligible noise and tried to look away. Jay grabbed my face in his hands and kissed me.

I was surprised at first, but then I started kissing him back. I slowly put my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me. Jay climbed onto the bed and lay on top of me, supporting his weight on his elbows. It was then that I felt his friend poking my thigh. I push his chest and stop the kiss. When he looks at me he smiles, and I can't help but smile back at him.

"Jay as much as I enjoyed that and want to continue, you might want to get dressed." I say looking at him pointedly.

He growls at me and goes back in to kiss me, but I keep my hand up between us. I growl softly back telling him that I am serious. He gets up, not bothering to cover himself up and gets dressed. When he is fully clothed he turns to me and starts talking.

"You were out for a whole week Sophia, I didn't know when you were going to wake up or if you even were going to wake up and come back to me. I just wanted to make sure it was real, that you were really awake. Never do that to me again Sophia."

While he was talking to me he slowly walked towards me again. When he was in front of me he leaned down and kissed me gently again. Instead of reaching up to pull him close, I put my hand on his arm and pinch him. He jumped back surprised and held his arm where I pinched him.

"Why did you pinch me?" He asked incredulously.

"Well you said you wanted to make sure this was real. I pinched you so you would know that it is." I say with an innocent smile.

He shakes his head at me, but this time when he came to me he just sat down on the bed next to me. He puts his arm around my shoulders and pulls me close to him like he never wants to let me go again. I put my head on his shoulder and started thinking about what had happened. Then I remembered the whole war thing and meeting with everyone.
