"James you've got your facts wrong." Cameron stated. My eyes widen in horror, don't you dare I chanted in my head. "We were going to but then you interrupted us." Where are the rouges when you need them? A distraction would be appreciated at this time.

"I'm so glad I didn't just walk in like I usually do," James shuddered. "That's something I can go my entire life without seeing."

"I hear you bro." Jake agreed.

Could my life get any more embarrassing?

"Just make sure you use protection we don't want any Cameron or Jay juniors running around just yet, we're too young to be grandparents." My dad mused. I started choking on a mouthful of delicious chocolate pancakes; I chugged down my glass of orange juice whilst Josh patted my back. I spoke too soon.

"You guys are so embarrassing," I muttered standing up and leaving the kitchen where they were all laughing again. I didn't even get to finish my pancakes.

I walked down the hallway still hearing their laughing in the background behind me. I opened the back door and slightly slammed it behind me. I couldn't hear them now. I was surrounded by nothing but the sounds of nature. It was fairly hot out today with only a few clouds covering the sky, birds were singing and children were running around. Overall it was another perfect summer's day.

I was swinging backwards and forwards slowly on the swinging chair soaking up the sun's rays when I heard the back door open and shut. I didn't look up I was too focused staring off into the forest that surrounded the pack house. If only we could be left in peace, it would be nice to just go out on runs whenever we wanted like that times before the rouges started appearing more frequently, before the war was known. However, that's not going to be possible until this threat is dealt with and who knows how long that could take.

The felt the chair swing dip from extra weight and it slightly rocked faster when the person sat down. I briefly glanced up and saw Cameron had joined me.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

I nodded. "Yeah I'm okay."

"Come here."

I scooted over to him and into his arms. He was sat at a slight angle so I tucked my legs behind me and rested my head on his shoulder. His arm wrapped around my shoulders pulling me in closer to his body and his warmth, this was right, this was safe and this was home.

Cameron's face lit up, his eyes sparkled and a hundred watt smile was plastered on his face showing me his perfect teeth. He looked so adorably sexy.

"Yes!" He shouted fist pumping the air. "I've got to get planning."

I was pulled into a tight embrace and I felt his lips on my forehead before he jumped off of the swinging chair back into the pack house like a tornado, leaving me outside on my own laughing at him. The moon goddess paired me up with a completely weirdo but I wouldn't change him for the world.

The rest of the day was filled with watching a bunch of movies in the living room with the triplets. We were surrounded by a mountain of snacks; we had bowls full of popcorn, cookies, brownies, different flavoured crisps and lots of different sweets. It was a sugar high heaven.

I didn't realise how much I missed spending time with them until I spent the whole day crashing and pigging out on the sofa, it was just like old times.
