---- Aurora's POV ----

"You're really Eleanor Winchester, the (!) Eleanor Winchester that raised my mother!" I couldn't help the excitement. Was I really speaking to the person who saved and raised my mother, and could be the only one to have answers to my powers? I had shifted back into my human form and was now seated before the lake with her.

"Yes my dear. I am. And I've heard you have awakened your powers, though they still seem weak. That's why I'm here. To train you and help you become the future queen of lycans." She spoke with a complete serenity that had anyone captivated by her voice. It sounded to mesmerizing and melodious.

"How can I be sure that you're not some imposter witch the hunters had set up for me?" I asked, uncertainty taking over. I didn't know this person and I had to be wary.

"I understand my child. You have all the right to be wary of me, but please believe that I am here for your sake." She smiled and it seemed genuine.

"We can trust her Rory. She isn't menacing to either one of us." Rhea cooed and we both relaxed a bit.

"Are you really going to teach me how to control my powers?" I asked her.

"Of course my child. The enemy is still at large. You need to know how to properly defend yourself." She said to me as she patted my cheek.

"What do you mean? The hunters? I scared them off last night. They won't be coming back." I assured her.

"Don't be too sure about that Aurora. Last night you were lucky. But that hunter is nowhere near over. He will come back and finish what he began. And that is extinguishing the royals." She said to me firmly, reprimanding for my cockiness.

"She's right Rory. We can't be too sure if they won't come back."

"How are you so certain?" I asked her.

"I'm a witch Aurora, and gossip travels quickly within my kind." She smiled at me. "Have you mastered any elements so far?" She added.

"Elements?" I had to ask. What did she mean with that?

She smiled. "As a royal, you have the power to control the elements. Earth, wind, fire and water. Once dominated, you will be the most powerful wolf of all creation." She explained.

"That explains the purple flames and what you did the other." Rhea chimed in.

"So does this mean I'll be able to walk on water and stuff like that?" I asked Eleanor excited of the prospect of being able to do awesome stuff, to which she laughed.

"Well I'm sure about the walking over water but you will be able to use it at you will" She said and she giggled.

"This is so exciting!!! When do we start?!" I said as I jumped to my feet, ready to begin with my training.

"Now dear. Before the physical training. There is an even more important thing you must do." She said in a very serious tone that had me wondering if I should even know about it.

"And what is that?" I asked her.

"You must train your heart." She answered.

"My heart?" I asked her uncertain if I had heard correctly.

"Yes, my child. Both your heart and your wolf's." She said as she stood as well. "Have your powers only surfaced when deeply distressed, sad or angry?"

I remembered the first time I had caused those flames to appear. Wolfgang had left a bowyer of roses at my doorstep and they caught on fire while I only looked at them.

"Your powers are triggered by your emotions Aurora. Having control of your emotions is having control over them. You must learn to keep your emotions at bay." She said seriously as she held me at arm's length, eyes looking straight into mine.

"I'm not in the danger you big idiot!! You and your warriors need to stand down now!!" I said as I pounded his back with my fists.

"Now pups. That is no way of treating your elderly. Show some respect." She said and all the wolves, including Wolfgang suddenly knelt before her.

I looked around me stun, as I was watched even a strong alpha as Wolfgang succumb to a witch's' power.

How did you...?" I asked but she cut me off.

"A little something I picked up while raising your mom" She smiled as she waved her hand and all the wolves lifted their heads. "She was a very rebellious pup growing up."

Wolfgang was ready to pounce at her but I stopped him pushing him back, or at least fighting to do it "cause this guy was a walking freezer!

"She means no threat to us! She is Eleanor! The (!) Eleanor we've been looking for! She's come to help me train to control my powers" I shouted to him and he finally stood still.

"The witch who raised your mother?" He asked.

I nodded my head.

"I would say it's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Alpha, bit I've heard you've been a bully to my Aurora." She said as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"I... uh...I...I..." Wolfgang became a stuttering mess. I had to stop this, he seemed weak before a witch and that would be extremely bad.

"Eleanor. Now is not the time or place." I called her out.

"Just kidding. Can't an old lady joke?" She said as she patted his shoulder and walked towards the pack house. "Come on kiddos. I don't have all day. There's a lot to talk about!"
