Should I be happy that she is not like Valeria while drunk?
"Nathan" She slurred and then hiccup while I chuckled at her. She without warning, pressed her lips on mine as I dipped and let myself drown in the kiss. She was kissing really slow and sloppy as if she was tired. Her knees gave out as she was about to slump on the ground but I wrapped my arms around her tightly. I picked her up bridal style and walked towards the car. It was really hard to get the keys out of my pocket with her half sleeping and playing with my shirt.
When I succeeded, I gently drop her in the passenger seat. And walked into the driver's seat. I checked my mobile to see that Bella has reached.
To be honest, I wasn't that scared for her. She told me not too, even thought I still do. I know that she is very much capable of taking care of herself. She has always been a lovable, elder sister and the very brave and responsible one. She never shed a tear and let me cry on her shoulder when our parents passed way. She started taking multiple jobs to afford us some food. She was only 17 and she had one more year before she could take care of a cafe our mother owned. And when that pathetic and horrible year was over, our problems started to fade. With the money from cafe, I started studying. I got scholarship and then I stared working in my father's business. He did leave us money in the bank but that got stolen once he died. Although there was still major part left by them and that was the business and their love for us.
I got into the driver's seat and pulled the car out of the parking lot with Janet sleeping.

I laid her on the bed and stood above her watching her sleep, her lips apart and hands above her head while her hair were all disheveled. I pulled my shirt out and dropped it on the floor, I could imagine her scolding me to pick it up. I chuckled as I was about to drop on the bed next to her when her eyes opened. She looked around then at me as she sat up on her elbows.
"What's wrong, dear?" I asked as I sat beside her on the bed. She spined herself around as her back faced me and pulled her hair on her front.
"Can you unzip this." She slurred and I knew she was still drunk. I stared at the zipper and gulped. Shit! This is not what I was expecting. I don't want anything bad to happen. I don't know if I will be able to control myself.
I slowly pulled the zipper down till the mid of her waist. I have never seen her bare and this is the first time I was seeing her and let's just say I was horrified when I gazed at her back there was not even a single space left where there was not a scar. They looked burned as if it was meant to be permanently stick to her body. My anger flared, as I imagined a small girl getting beaten up and then burned. I will chock that woman to death if I see her. That woman, monster has made my wife's life hell, when she was only a child. I don't care if I should not hit a woman. I took a sharp intake of air as I spoke.
"Do they hurt?" I whispered as I touched those scars, lightly afraid I might break her. I ran my finger along the longest and deepest one as she flinched and turned to face me.
"I don't want to!" She whined as I pecked her lips making her narrow her eyes at me. I finally, buttoned up the shirt and turned my eyes to check her out. She looked cute in my oversized shirt.
"I don't care. Now sleep." She huffed and laid her head on the pillow while facing away from me. I chuckled and pulled her closer, spooning her as I closed the lights while she never pushed me away. I buried my face in her hair and smelled the fragrance of her soft silky hair. Vanilla.
She was fast asleep after a moment as I kissed her cheek and then neck, making her shiver. I checked if she was awake but she was not. I smiled at the way my touch effects while I touch her.
Today was a bit mixture of emotions. It was like riding a roller coaster, exciting yet scary. But as long as she is sitting right beside me on the roller coaster. I would go up for a ride again and again. Till death do us apart.
