I heaved a sigh as he left. This is going to be serious.

"Can I once talk to Alex or... Mom?" I asked him.

After much, much longer talk, which took me around 2 hours, filled with different reasoning and counter questions, he finally agreed on 40%.

Well, that is a big victory!

"I am not going to listen to your excuses!"

"No, I am not speaking about that. Just listen" I said. He didn't react. "I know what is happening, Robert. You don't want this; you don't want to hurt me. Think about this, will you regret after killing me?"
