When Lucas came back that evening, his face looked grim.

I knew he had gone to investigate me, but found nothing.

Lucas paused, his voice rough as he answered, "Yes. Anyone but me."

"Fine."

Thinking of the eager secondary personality from last night. I leaned back with a smile, "Then why don’t you introduce one to me, brother?"

"Sticking around you all the time is exhausting."
