I winced as I tried to get out of bed. Stupid Caleb made me go for the training and guess what? I was the punching bag again. I had an amazing day yesterday. Just dandy.

"Get up Scarlett. Time to get ready for Caleb's stupid birthday party." I grumbled to myself, rubbing the sleep away from my eyes. I got up from my bed and started to the bathroom to do my morning routine. After getting ready, I put on a big shirt and a pair of sweatpants.

Today is the day of Caleb's birthday. On a Saturday. Why not on a school day?

I went into the kitchen and started getting the batter ready for the cake. I made a double layer chocolate cake with peanuts on the side and chocolate icing. Once it was done, I put it in the fridge and went into getting the alcohol and other things ready. I was limping slightly and that sucked.

"Why aren't you letting me see you?" He growled. "You wouldn't like what you see." I said. He snarled. My heartbeat quickened, it was very scary. "You're my mate. I'll love you no matter how you look." He snarled again. I breathed in then slowly lowered my hood then looked into his blue eyes. He gasped and growled. "Why?! Why you?!" He growled then lunged for me, I stood still. He wrapped his hands around my neck and slammed me into a wall. The impact making me wince.

"I don't want you. You disgust me. You're an Omega. Even your parents don't care about you. You're fat, ugly, disgusting, dirty and worthless. You're a slut. We aren't meant to be. We are from different worlds. I have the highest position whilst you have the lowest. This is all a mistake. I, Caleb Dominic Asher reject you, Scarlett Rose Davis. " He said to me. Disgust was clear in his voice and face. I wasn't fit to be a mate, a disgrace. A disappointment, a mistake. I gulped and my vision became blurry. I blinked and let my tears fall. I had to accept the rejection. I had to for him. Anything for him.

"I, Scarlett Rose Davis accept your rejection." I said in a trembling voice.
