Noelle was genuinely curious about Laura. After making up her mind, she sent a message to Cedric. "Come with me to a party tonight."

"What party?"

"A party that'll make us rich. Are you coming?"

"Sure."

Noelle glanced at his reply and then glanced up at the office. The door was still closed, indicating that the meeting was still ongoing.

She then looked away and returned to putting all her focus on work. By the time Noelle snapped back to her senses, Cedric was already standing next to her computer.

He said, "It's time to go. Aren't we going to that party that'll make us rich?"

Noelle stood up. "Is it that late already? I didn't even notice. Let's go then."

She then left the office with Cedric.

After getting into the car, Noelle looked at Cedric and asked, "Do you know what kind of party it is that we're going to?"

Cedric replied, "I didn't at first, but I looked into it later. The PR team has been keeping an eye out for anything related to PZ Group and has been reporting to me regularly."

Noelle understood that Cedric had made extensive preparations behind the scenes. "I know. You don't have to explain that much. I'm not that petty."

He took her hand and replied, "What are you trying to do? Do you mind telling me about your plan?"

Noelle explained, "I saw Laura bragging publicly about the investments for this project.

"Not many people would be aware of this if the other party remained low-key, but once it's out in the open, we can have our men review the project and expose it for what it is: a Ponzi scheme. When that happens, what do you think PZ Group will do then?"

"They'll have to issue a public statement to explain the situation, or we can take the opportunity to get some of the investors to request a refund.
