Noelle watched as Carl and Wyatt left. She then turned back to Blake and asked, "Why is Wyatt following Carl to the island as well?"

"Wyatt's leg hurts whenever it rains, so he's going to the island to try to get his leg fixed. Carl said that the team on the island just developed new medication, so Wyatt's heading over to give it a try."

Noelle nodded and decided not to think much about it. Just then, Blake shook his phone to reveal a seashell hanging from his phone case.

Noelle found the seashell familiar and quickly realized that it was one of the six shells that she had given to the Liddells. She did not expect Blake to actually turn the seashell into a phone charm.

She nodded and said, "I have to admit that your advice from before was actually pretty useful."

Noelle thought about how Blake had told her that Carl was planning something else and couldn't help but feel a little worried. She continued, "Does this mean that his plans won't be happening anymore?"

Blake replied, "I guess? Carl doesn't talk much and mostly keeps to himself. Nobody knows what's on his mind. But still, I think he realized from your gift that the way he treated you back then was wrong.

"I hope that he'll change for the better." He sighed and continued, "I really hope we can get along peacefully from now on."

Noelle replied, "If it's like what we have going on right now, then I'm willing to get along peacefully."

She would not allow the Liddells to try to control her like they had in the past.

Blake chuckled. "Don't worry. I'll teach them one by one how to get along with you. If any of them tries anything stupid again, I'll beat some sense into them for you."

He was carefully watching Noelle's expression as he spoke, as he was afraid of saying the wrong thing. Sometimes, he really regretted not cherishing Noelle back then.

Noelle nodded in response. She glanced at Blake and saw that the scar on the side of his face was still faintly visible, although much better than how it used to be when he first got it.
