Noelle was starting to lose her calm again. But compared to last time, she was clearly more composed now.

"Hold on. I'll arrange for someone to move in immediately."

Right now, Noelle was walking alone down the street. She planned to grab a cab after leaving the neighborhood.

Upon hearing her voice on the phone, Cedric couldn't help asking, "Where are you?"

"I'm outside, about to catch a ride. After getting that sketch, I didn't want to stay in the Liddell residence a second longer."

Right now, Noelle only had one thing on her mind, which was to catch Sean. She had to see that murderer get caught with her own eyes!

Cedric was more concerned about her safety. "Don't grab a cab. Wait for me. I'll pick you up, and we'll go together."

"Okay." Noelle didn't refuse. Even if she grabbed a cab, she was going to meet him anyway.

That night, Noelle stood by the side of the road just outside the gated neighborhood and waited for Cedric to arrive. Most of the residents in this area owned cars, so there weren't any public transport options. Grabbing a cab was the only choice.

Noelle canceled her ride request and stared blankly at the sky, lost in thought. She was finally about to get her revenge for two lifetimes' worth of hatred.

Just then, a cab pulled up in front of her. Noelle glanced at it and said, "I've canceled my ride."

There was no reason for the car to show up, as it'd been quite a distance away when she canceled.
