Comforted by their words, Emily's face softened into a gentle smile.

"Grandma, Grandpa's spot on—you gotta focus on getting better." Josefina placed her items back into the first aid kit, but then an idea struck her.

Whipping out her phone, she shot a quick text to Grandpa. His eyes widened in surprise as he read it, then he sidled over to Emily to share the news.
