Soon, a 3D rendering was circulating throughout East Coast.

Melvin was in a meeting when he heard about it. His assistant burst in, panicked. "Mr. Sanders, there's trouble."

The assistant looked distraught, his face pale.

Melvin knew his assistant wouldn't interrupt a meeting for something trivial - this had to be serious.

"What is it?" he asked.

The assistant quickly handed him the tablet. "Sir, look at this."

On the tablet was a 3D rendering, but what shocked him more was that it was identical to the proposal their planning department had submitted - the one they'd spent two weeks finalizing with the famous designer for Pine Mist Island.

The proposal was exactly the same as their planning department's submission, except it was for Harbour Crescent Island, and the rendering had been released by Wilson Industries just this morning.

In just two hours since its release, it had been picked up by all major media outlets.

He glared darkly at his assistant. "What exactly is going on here?"

Could someone inside the company have leaked it?

The assistant frowned. "Mr. Sanders, that seems unlikely. No one person had access to the entire plan, and even the rendering technicians couldn't access all the designs."

And before them, too. Since their renderings weren't finished yet, Melvin hadn't started promoting Pine Mist Island heavily. But how did she get hold of their plan?

Melvin said seriously, "That's why I came to see you. The tech team shouldn't have had access to the complete proposal, but I found a small detail in Wilson Industries’s rendering."

Melvin zoomed in on the rendering, pointing to a small building beside the resort hotel. "This."

"The therapy room?" Sarah suddenly understood.

Throughout all their discussions with designers and the planning team, neither she nor Melvin had ever mentioned this building. Even his assistant didn't know what that marked-off area was for. Only Sarah knew.

The building wasn't even in the planning department's proposal - Sarah had added it herself. Only she and Melvin knew about it.
