Alicia called Felix and told him to bring Tyrone's most expensive car around. "Come on, I'll take you back to campus. When your class is over tonight, I'll pick you up."

As she closed the door, Winnie discreetly started a voice recording on her phone, setting it aside as she poured Jade some water, her demeanor all charm and hospitality.

Being a flight attendant, her practiced smile and attentive service made it easy for Jade to let her guard down.

"Miss White, perhaps you could explain your plan in more detail. I can arrange to meet Alicia, but what do you intend to do? Will there be any danger? Will I be implicated afterward? And… will the risks and rewards be balanced? If I succeed, what's in it for me?"
