I sigh and closed my eyes, not wanting to cry again.

Suddenly the ducks fly away and the baby ducklings hid themself in between the grass.

My ears started twitching as I could hear somebody walking towards me.

I jumped up as a man came out of the bushes with a fishing robe and a bucket in his hands.

I growled, with my ears flat on my head.

"I mean no harm" The man said as he waved his hand in surrender.

"I just came here to catch fish" He lifted up his fishing robe.

I looked at him confused, how did he get here in the middle of the forest?

I wanted to ask him but I remembered that I am in my wolf form.

I sigh as I sat down, I don't have the strength to fight this human.

The man looked at me and smiled as he sat down.

"You are so big for a werewolf"

I rolled my eyes, of course I'm big. I'm the alpha, well not technically the alpha.

"Can I touch you?" he asked.

But I growled in reply.

"Okay, I get it" The man sighed as he started fishing.

I layed down but looked at him with the conner of my eyes.

He was humming to him self as he moved his head back and forth.

He looked so happy, I wish I was happy like him, I wish I was a human

"You look sad, are you alright?" He asked.

I nodded and closed my eyes as I could feel my heart ache.

"But I though wolfs don't have feelings?"

I laughed but it came out as a bark.

He flinched "Well now I know they have"

I just looked at him as he continued to hum to himself.

It was getting dark and the man had caught five big fishes.

I just sat there looking at him, wondering what he was thinking of.

"I got to go now wolf, I hope that I will see you later, bye" he smiled and waved goodbye.

I was about to go home because I knew that my parents are worried about me.

But what that man said made me stop.

"Oh yeah and Max don't worry Teddy can never break the bond between you two"

My heart stopped at that moment, How did he know my name? And Teddy's name? What the hell is going on?

I quickly ran after him but he was no were to be seen.

I couldn't believe this.

How could this happen?

I pulled away from the hug and looked at my father.

"What happened with you and teddy? He won't tell us, he locked himself in his room and we tried talking to him but he won't reply"

"Is he okay?" I panicked, scared that he might do something bad to himself.

"Don't worry, his mother had the key to his room and when we opened the door, we found him asleep with your shirt in his hands" My mother said.

I sigh in relief, I don't want anything bad happening to teddy, even though if he wants to break the bond, I still love him.

"Okay, now tell us what happened?" My father repeated his words.

"T-Teddy want to b-break the bond b-between us" I said quietly.

Tears started filling up my eyes as I tried my hardest not to let them down but I failed.

"W-What?" My mother whispered.

"How dare him do that!? I'm going to stop him!!" My father rose up from his chair and I could see steam coming out his ears.

"Father!!" I shouted and went in front of him so he wouldn't open the door "Father it's okay, I'm okay with it. If it makes him happy then I'm happy" I forced a smile but it didn't come out too well.

"Max, move!" He demanded.

"Father, please it's okay"

He looked at me with tears in his eyes.

I looked at him shocked, I have never seen my father cry, like ever.

"I don't want to lose you" He whispered as he pulled me into a man hug.

"Father, You are no going to lose me. See I'm here" I hugged him back as I could feel my hair getting wet because of his tears.
