Alicia smiled gracefully, handling the compliments with ease. "I owe it all to the guidance of my seniors. They're simply giving me face out of respect for you all."

"These partners are relatively easy to talk to. White Corporation works closely with Crestview on building materials, and their previous contact was always Brandon. That man... he's never been an easy one to deal with." The executives had intentionally handed Alicia the toughest client.

It was partly a test, and partly a deliberate hurdle.

If Alicia could win over Brandon's most loyal client, no one within White Corporation would ever be able to question her authority again.

"Don't worry, uncles. I've already reached out to Mr. Vance at Crestview. No matter how difficult he is, I'll do everything in my power to ensure he's satisfied," Alicia replied with a calm smile.

Seeing her so confident, the executives smiled and nodded.

Some were secretly hoping for her downfall, while others were simply eager to watch the drama unfold. One by one, they departed.

"Nicole, Jared Vance is no walk in the park. His interests are deeply tied to Brandon's. Brandon's greatest leverage during his long tenure at White Corp has always been Crestview's supply line. You absolutely cannot drop your guard." After the rubberneckers left, Mr. Brown stayed behind.

He genuinely wanted to see Alicia stand on her own two feet.

"Mr. Brown, I'll find a way," Alicia nodded.

Mr. Brown hesitated a few times before finally letting out a heavy sigh. "I pushed for you to marry Clayton because I was worried you'd be too exhausted trying to carry this all alone. When your voice carries no weight... and you have no one to lean on, these people are quick to follow the wind. Right now, you're fighting solo... No matter how capable you are, they won't truly submit to you. You really need to find a suitable marriage alliance, and quickly."
