Before I could say anything Peter and Becca walked in, Peter's countenance changed when he saw me standing with that man.

"Meghan in my office please', he said sternly, I have never been in his bad side and it seemed to be the ugliest side

"No she is not going anywhere, she is my wife', the man said

"Sir I am only following hospital protocols... ", Peter said in a calm manner

All of a sudden I had a blackout and when I regained my composure I felt my head pounding. My knees felt really weak so I crouched to the floor holding my head.

"What is happening to her" I heard the man say in a panicking voice

"Becca take her to room 309" Peter said

Becca took my hand and we started walking slowly to the room.

Peter POV

"Please excuse, me Megan, I need to answer this, " I told Meghan and she nodded and walked away in a hurry. I watched her walking away.

I walked into my office to answer it.

"Hello"

"Speak to me, John"

John was a very good spy and an investor who and was also my good friends in high school. I had asked him to get me more information about Meghan's husband, his name was Tristan.

I had found Meghan's particulars after she was brought in and information about the husband from the In Case of Emergency card she had in her bag. Something bout her made me want to have her all to myself so I took advantage of the fact that she had lost her memory, destroyed everything that could help people to find out who she really was, I even hammered her phone to make sure that she is never traced.

But now things are starting to get messy and she is starting to get her memory back. I am afraid that she will leave me if she finds her husband. I asked John to dig up dirt on Tristan and their past life so that even if she remembers who she is she will not want to go back to him.

"So he is one of the richest men in the world, he had a baby with Meghan and the child was recently in a car accident and is in a comma at your hospital...that is all I could find out about them. I will keep digging and will give you the details' he said.
