"So, I heard you're staying with the xylorus?" Chance asked lowly as if it was a false rumor but Milo nodded with a slight frown. He sighed, playing with his hands a bit, I guess nervous. His eyes no longer red with evil, yet they weren't pure and innocent like they used to be. They were a more faded red as it were like he had been stained, unable to wash away what he had become.

"Yeah... I- Um. It's not like I can really come back and everything will be back to normal." He stated as Chance nodded sadly a bit. "But I'm not forcing myself to stay. Seeing how Levi is gone..." he swallowed, "xylorus still need someone to be alpha. They don't usually do who's the strongest or baddest Its more of how can run the pack, who can get them out of problems, more like someone to look after them. When Levi left, they seemed to want to scatter, most fearing of going back to their old tribes so... I stood up."

"As long as everything you're doing for them isn't anything evil... then I support you."

"Ha... yeah. I don't really know if I can ever do anything evil ever again. Seeing how what happened in the past-"

"Then don't." Chance said bluntly as Milo looked up at him, holding his hand in his as he slightly loosened the grip as if he were scared of disappointing Chance.

He smiled and nodded. "I won't."

"Good."

Chance smiled as Milo looked at him, staring. He studied Chance like usual, just a bit different. It was as if he was looking a ghost and trying to figure out if he were seeing correctly. His orbs, scanning ever inch of him as I cleared my throat loudly. Milo's attention shot to me as he awkwardly smiled, and started to fidget a bit, looking back at Chance.

"So..."

"Yeah?"

"Have you guys mated yet?" He asked clearly eager wanting to know as Chance slightly stiffened and chuckled nervously. I glared, obviously not liking where this conversation seem to be heading. I pushed up off the tree, walking over to Chance as I grabbed him, pulling him to his feet I glanced over his red face. Damn you for showing Milo this.

"We'll be leaving." I stated dragging Chance away as Milo stood.

"W-wait Austin!" Chance gather his words causing me to stop. Milo stared, "Can't we... say goodbye?" He asked making me nibble on the inside of my lip trying to hold in my anger.
