"You never know. If he really wanted a younger, prettier woman, why would he still be tangled up with you? Just try it. If he says no, then you drop him. You can finally make a clean break and stop wasting each other's time," Ivy reasoned. She felt Dale dragging a woman along for years without a commitment was incredibly poor form.

That night as they got ready for bed, Ivy thought about Sophia and Dale's predicament. Looking at her husband, she realized just how incredibly lucky she was.

The 'comparison' was obviously Dale.
