“Arghh…. This hurts so much!” shouted a young man loudly until the birds around him flew scattered.

Right when he’s screaming, the young man realizes there is something odd. “My body is still intact; didn't the bomb blast destroy it? But again, what exactly happened? Instead of an explosion wound, I felt a wound that felt like being stabbed by a beast.”

The young man's hand touched his shoulder where there was a wound from a wild animal. The wound on his shoulder was fresh and looked quite severe, as seen from the blood still seeping out of the damage on his shoulder.

"Arghhh...." that man screamed again as the pain hit his head. Then, along with that pain, a strange memory flashed through his mind. Unable to bear the pain in his head, the young man finally fell unconscious.

A young man in his twenties blinked a few times after awakening from his stupor on the bank of a river that flows through a dense forest.

“This memory is genuine. Looking at what was around me, it seemed like I had died; somehow, I felt thrown into another dimension. Why am I still alive?” The young man's words sounded soft, indicating he was still weak.

“The body I currently occupy has the same name and age as me. Even in the memories I slowly received, this young man's appearance resembles how I looked on earth.”

The young man was none other than Ares. A young soldier died from a bomb explosion. But instead of going to the realm of judgment, his soul was stranded in another world and merged with the soul of a young prince.

“A weak Prince of the Strongest Empire. He is not recognized by his family but is loved by many because of his kindness. He’s the second Prince named Ares Shaddai. Rest in the realm of death with peace. I’m taking this chance that you’re giving to me. So, don’t worry, let me avenge your disappointment and prove to them that you are not a weak person.” He smiled as he finished his words.

“Uhm, this body still lacks strength.” Ares tried to stand up, but his body was weak and powerless.

“With my real body, a wound like this won't hold me back,” said Ares after getting up and standing up straight.

“In this world, there is such a thing as magic, and the body I live in only has the element of light magic. Light magic is the only healing magic; therefore, this body is fragile, plus the original owner rarely does physical exercise. Huh, what a misfortune in a new place.”

While muttering, Ares accidentally saw a strange sight in his eyes. "A panel?" Confusion immediately swept over Ares, but it was only for a moment.

"Don't tell me this is similar to the game I usually play?" Without suspicion, Ares pressed the strange panel in front of him. Suddenly a transparent table with several inscriptions appeared in front of him.

"I'm so full." Ares touched his stomach, which felt full.

Without his knowing, the wounds on his body had healed by the time he finished consuming his food. Ares, who had burped, just realized there was something strange with his body.

"The wounds on my body are healing, and I feel like my body is a little more energetic now."

While thinking about the strange things that happened to his body, Ares saw the heart flower tree in front of him suddenly wither and die in seconds.

"Don't tell me that the fruit I just ate was a magic fruit, and it was also the fruit that caused changes to my body." Ares's confusion hasn't gone away; suddenly, his body feels boiling from his stomach and slowly spreads throughout his body.

"Damn it, it looks like the fruit I ate was also poisonous," Ares said while holding his stomach. As he pressed his stomach, the heat in his body was suddenly replaced with a feeling of being electrocuted.
