Adopted novel Chapter 19

I drop the books on the bed, I arrive early because Ava and Mils are not around I decide to arrange my books on my shelf before their arrival, while playing music with my phone connected to the room Bluetooth.

The noise in the lounge room brought me out of my own world, reducing the volume to know the source of the noise, I head lots of voices and couldn't point which belongs to who and why?

Putting the last book on the shelf, the door opened and Ava walks in with a guy's hand on her shoulder and two other guys behind them.

"Diamond", She exclaims pulling out of the hand holding her and pulls me into a hug. "How was the weekend", She asked me, "We spoke during the weekend Ava", I told her with a smile. "Mils isn't around yet?", She questioned "Won't you introduce us to your friend A?", One of the guys asked her.

"My mistake, Diamond meet the famous Theo Aiden Hugo, Liam Price my boyfriend and your cousin Justin Marshall, guys meet my other best friend Diamond Marshall", She points to them. "You didn't tell us your cousin resumed already", Liam said to Justin.

"I am also just meeting her guys" He replies "Hello cousin, damn you are pretty", Justin said to me hugging me. "Thank you", I respond with a smile on my face "She's beautiful", Theo said to Justin with a smirk on his lips while Justin looks at him "Don't think about it Hugo, she's off limit", Justin said to him holding me protectively. "Hmmm, you think so", Theo asked, "You better don't break her heart", Justin told him defeated.

"Guys, please let my friend breathe", Ava joins in pulling me out of Justin hug laughing "Baby, we have to go, see you later Diamond", Liam told Ava placing a kiss on her lips. "See you later Chou chou", Theo said winking at me as he walks out of the room "Give me your phone", Justin said to me. I give my phone to him and he type on it, his phone rings he returns my phone back to me.

We get our lunch, which consist of two slices of pizza, chips and chicken wings, a cartoon of apple juice, a bottle of water and a banana, the noise in the cafeteria is silenced by the sound of the door and the argument that followed it. "Don't you dare Raf", Mils points to the guy walking behind her, "M, you have to listen to me" the Raf guy replies holding her hand pulling her hand from his grasps, "Don't touch me" She shouts walking towards our table, she takes her sit in between I and Ava with tears in her eyes. "Are you alright?" Ava asked her "do I look okay, Ava" She replies her back, "Come here" I open my arms to her, hugging her close to me. "Let it out", I whisper to her.

Emma was always like this to me when I wake up after a nightmare or when am abused in school, she keeps sobbing I look up to see the Raf guy looking at me with pains on his face "Rafael, what did you do to her this time?" Ava asked looking at him, "I didn't do anything but Kim did", He answers her "that bitch just doesn't know when to stop, does she?" Ava says with anger evident in her voice. "What did she do to her?" I asked him, "she made her loose the Marshall deal, you know Miranda Marshall is her aunt", He answers me "that bitch made her loose the deal she always dreamt of" Ava said, "I know, I will talk to Kim I am very sure she regrets her action and she will get her back on the deal, that's what am trying to explain to her", He replies with a sigh.

"Regret? that bitch never regrets anything, you always have her back against me Raf you've never for once support your own sister against your girlfriend, so much for having an older brother just go Raf, I don't want to see you again in my life, I don't know who you are Rafael Andre Lopez" Mils said to him, pulling out of my hug with tears rolling out of her eyes. "Mila, I know you are upset don't make decisions based on your temper" He told her looking helpless "Mils, is it my mom's new line deal?" I ask her, "yes, that line is a multi-million dollars deal for all model that participate and world recognition, guess I will have to wait for the next one", She said.
