Picking up my phone I called my mom.

Mom: Hi sweetie, how are you?

Me: Am good mom and you? How is work going?

Mom: Work is good and am fine love.

Me: Alright then.

Mom: Do you need anything honey?

Me: Actually, you know Mila Lopez.

Mom: Mila Lopez... Of course, I know her. What about her?

Me: She's my best friend.

Mom: Really, I didn't know that. We really need to talk about things I missed in your life baby, am very sorry. How can I redeem myself?

Me: How about you make Mila one of your models for the new line.

Mom: Is that what you want baby?

Me: Yes mom.

Mom: Its done, Serena will call her manager once I drop this call.

Me: Thank you mom, you are the best.

Mom: I know right, how about I make her the main model for the line, instead of Kim?

Me: Then, I will forgive you for any offence you commit for a week.

Mom: I better start committing then. She laughs.

Me: Don't push it woman. I smile

Mom: I miss you bunny.

Me: I miss you more Mom.

Mom: How about you and your best friends come over to California this weekend for a girl's weekend? I will cover all expenses.

Me: They will love that.

Mom: Looking forward to that, I will send $5000 to you, have a blast today.

Me: Are you bribing me mom?

Mom: Maybe, I got to go honey. I love you a lot and I miss you.

Me: I love you too. She hangs up.

"You are back on the deal" I say to Mils "Seriously, thank you Diamond", Mils said to me, "Just being a friend", I reply to her truthfully "you heard that Raf, I have friends who will always have my back, so I don't need a brother who doesn't", Mils said to her brother. "Mils, please am sorry at least your friend got you the deal back", Rafael pleads to her, "Raf, just go please, I don't want to see you again", Mils shouted.

"I think you should leave Raf, you can ask Gabriel to talk to her, maybe she will answer him or better still you know she listens to Lorenzo", Ava informs him "Thank you Ava, and", He looks at me "Diamond Marshall", I answer his unasked question, "you are Miranda's daughter no wonder", He says to me with a smile while he walked out of the cafeteria looking back to see if she was going to call him back.

"Mom wants to meet you guys, she wants us to come to California for girls' weekend", I said to them which I was respond with screech and claps. "Diamond, please can I stay in your house till I can forgive Raf?", Mils ask.

It's been three days since the fight between Mils and her brother happened and she has been staying with me for the past days.

I had to get my parents' permission but I was told the house was mine and I could do what I felt was right.

Her room is opposite mine, we went to her house yesterday, her brother went for his new movie recordings, she packed up her clothes and some important stuffs.

We are leaving for California tomorrow for our girls' weekend, Emma will be joining us and I guess it will be fun.

"It was eventful, had lots of dreams about the weekend", Mils answered him instead.

"How are you Mils?", Ava asked her looking worried.

Mils loves her brother so much, their parents stay in Italy, she wanted to always be with her brother that's why she came to America.

She stays with her brother in his penthouse, she's always supporting him in his career and always there for him.

He loves her also and he would do anything to have the smile on her face permanent, but ever since he started dating Kim, he changed a lot.

They've never been away from each other, only if they have shoots to do, sometimes they even accompany each other to work.

This is the first time they are away from each other, for the past 3 days Mils isn't as bubbly as she was before the argument.

At night, she comes to my room in tears and we end up crying together then we sleep.

"I will be fine", She said to Ava.

We greeted Liam goodbye and we walked to class.

I have Math, Literature and Extra curriculum activities after lunch today.

I have my first class with Ava and the other one with Mils, I and Ava walked Mils to her class while we walked to ours.

The siren for lunch notification rings and everyone dispatches from class to the cafeteria.

"I want us to watch Ava paint today", Mils said to us, while we sit on our lunch table.

"Really, that will be nice", I told her.

"Diamond will be my muse for today", Ava said to me.
