The school has been fun also with Lorenzo and Theo always making themselves available with my groups of friends, Ava said it's because they both are in love with me but I think it's because

our parents are friends. That should be the reason, right?

I just finished my final exam for the section, I walked to my locker room to wait for Ava and Mils to ask about theirs before going home to rest. G.E.H may be a school for the richest of the rich but their exams are also the hardest of the hard, I had to burn the midnight candles for all my exams with the absence of my parents and plans to visit Bright Orphanage with Sky it wasn't as difficult as it sounds but I needed sleep for at least 9 hours if possible.

"Who knew contemporary art could be so exhausting and time- consuming?" Ava groans falling to the bed on her face, I chuckled in response" I don't need to ask how it was then, I guess." I smiled at her, "I can't feel my arms Diamond, guess you have your answer tell me yours was better and where is Mils?" She mumbled "For an upcoming designer, I never thought Fashion illustration was a bummer.

Why will I need different kinds of illustrators when I can just stick to one?" I lamented "So?" She asked sitting up "So, am going crazy here and I might have some privileges taken away once the results are out" I whispered truthfully.

Sincerely, fashion illustration is a subject am struggling with and the exam takes 70% of my grade and I promised my parents not to disappoint them when it comes to my education but I failed my promise-making me ashamed of myself. When it comes to this subject I sometimes doubt my ability to accomplish my dreams of being a designer because what designer doesn't illustrate. I knew I was going to fail the exam even after getting just 2 hours of sleep this morning because I read all night.

"I see a C+ in your result could it be at Fashion illustration?" Mils sings using her horrible voice as she walks into the room, "thank you gypsy, how was your final paper" I smiled towards her while she takes her seat beside me. "It was there" she yawned loudly, "I have been meaning to ask, why did Cole decide to visit the orphanage you both came from?" Ava curiously asked. "He said something about wanting to know who his real parents are and why he was dumped," I respond with a smile.

I want to know my real parents but not because I want to know why I was abandoned but because I want them to see me for who I am, I want them to see what I am because of their decision, I want to break down in front of them for all abuse and maltreatment I got, I want them to see me as Hazel and not Diamond. Hazel has lots of pains while Diamond is seen as the celebrity, I want to live but at the same time am tired of living.

For the first time after my adoption, I wanted to be Hazel again I want to hide behind my friends who only know what I feel, I miss the pains inflicted on me, the rape, the tears, the hugs of my friends. The whole facade has been putting on is threatening to fall off and the happy girl I wish I am is nowhere to be found, I wanted someone to listen to my broken heart, someone to see beyond my smile, someone to see beyond my happy face and someone to see me for who I am.

It's been two weeks into the holiday and finally, I and Cole will be visiting Texas, I tried informing my parents but they were too busy to listen to me so I decided to visit and tell them about it when we get back. I and Cole made a reservation for a simple 2-bedroom apartment for a week in Texas, that's will be the place we will be staying.
