Three years later

Charlie POV:

"Morning, baby." I heard Lucas whisper to me as he placed his hand on my very pregnant stomach.

My doctor had told us we were having a little boy and Lucas was over the moon about it.

"Morning." I said softly, turning to him. "How do you feel?" He asked. I smiled softly at him. "I feel great." I replied.

Lucas smiled softly at me as he rubbed my stomach. "I love you so much." He said as he gave me a soft kiss. "I love you, too."

It was late in the day when I felt a sharp pain in my abdomen causing me to hiss from the pain. Shit.. The baby is coming and I'm alone.

I tried calling Lucas but there was no answer. He must have been in a meeting so I tried Layla.

"Hey, Charlie." She said. "I'm in labor and need a ride to the hospital." I replied. "Fuck! Okay, I'm on my way." She said and hung up.

The contractions started to hit hard as Layla drove me to the hospital. "Fucking shit! Mother fucker!" I yelled as a contraction hit. "We're almost there." Layla said.

A couple of hours later Lucas and Alex burst into the room.

"Fuck baby, I'm so sorry." He said, taking my hand.

"How you feeling?" Alex asked. "Mother fuck!" I yelled as another contraction hit. "Stupid question." Alex muttered.

"Ms. Smith, we're going to check and see how far you are." She said as she sat between my legs. "We're ready." She said.

I took a deep breath before she told me to push.

"Push Charlie." I whimpered in pain as I began to push.

The next contraction, she told me again.

Finally after a good twenty minutes, cries filled the room. "It's a boy." The doctor said, smiling.

After cleaning my boy up, she handed him to me.

"What should we name him?" Lucas asked.
