"You look absolutely fabulous Lil!" Charlie grinned and she jumped up and down on the spot, showing her excitement and thrill.

I looked back at the mirror and frowned. My thin and scarred arms were showing as well as my scar-ridden back but my hair covered most of it from view.

"Awe honey, why are you crying?" Charlie panicked as she handed me a tissue.

I quickly wiped my eyes but careful not to ruin her work and just stared at my arms.

I hadn't realised I was crying until she told me. She slowly walked up to me before carefully grasping my hands in hers.

"I can't imagine the things you've been through in the past, the way people treated you but I know this for sure" she began, locking her intense gaze with my tear filled one.

"You are the strongest girl I've ever met, without a doubt. Everything you've been through made you who you are today and although it wasn't the best life, it made you you and you're pretty damn amazing" she smiled as she spoke.

"Your scars, don't define you. They are proof that you've been through hell and back and survived it, so don't let your past control your life" she finished and wrapped her arms around me tightly.

I cried silently into her shoulder as I returned her embrace.

She pulled back and wiped her own tears away and smiled at me.

"Goddess we're a mess" she chuckled and I giggled in response.

"Lets fix up your make up then we'll go downstairs to your mate who is waiting" she smiled once more before tugging me over to the vanity and fixed my make up.

"Now shall we?" She asked. I nodded and smiled as I followed her downstairs.

"What's taking them so long?" I heard a voice mumble as another laughed in response.

"Don't worry, they'll be down soon" another voice laughed.

"We have arrived" Charlotte announced as she smiled.

"May I present to you, our wonderful and beautiful Luna" Charlie grinned and gestured her arms towards where I was standing.

I looked down and fiddled with my hands as I felt eyes looking in my direction.

Silence echoed throughout the room, my heart began beating erratically as I heard footsteps slowly approaching me.

A set of shoes stopped an inch in front of my own and my chin slowly began lifting upwards with the help of someone's finger.

My gaze slowly met with Noah's awe struck one and I felt butterflies swarm in my stomach from the intensity of his gaze.

"Reservation for King" Noah said to the hostess.

"Right this way" she smiled and then lead us to a table near the back, giving us some privacy from the other people occupying the room.

"A waiter will be over for your orders shortly" she smiled again as she handed us our menus then gave one last smile before leaving.

"Order what ever you like" Noah smiled softly at me then continued reading through his menu.

I finally looked down at the menu and gasped when I noticed the prices. I looked up at Noah wide eyed, shocked that he suggested paying for this himself.

"What is it?" He asked, concerned.

I held up the menu and pointed to the right side of the menu that had the prices written on it.

"Oh don't worry about that" he smiled as I narrowed my eyes in return.

I glared back down at my menu and scanned through the cheapest selection.

After scanning through everything I decided on a pasta salad and told Noah so he could tell the waiter when he came by.
