I shook my head from side to side begging him to stop as he kissed down from my neck to my stomach.

"You're going to be mine" he purred against my skin. I shook my head and struggled even harder which make my body to burn more.

The bedroom door suddenly slammed open and in its place stood a furious looking Noah. His eyes were pitch black, his fists were clenched tightly at his sides and his body was shaking.

He snarled furiously as he stomped over to the bed and ripped James off of me.

He threw him onto the ground and began punching him in the face.

I let out a pained whimper and Noah finally snapped out of his angry haze and turned his head in my direction. He let out an earth shaking growl before making his way to me.

He wrapped me in his arms and I breathed out a sigh of content as my burning body cooled down and the knot in my stomach eased.

I watched over Noah's shoulder as a man came in and removed an unconscious, Beta James from the room.

Noah's head was nestled in my neck as he breathed in my scent to calm himself and his wolf.

He pulled back and looked down at my body, letting out another growl.

"He touched what's mine" he growled.

I cupped his face with my hands and pecked his forehead, trying to calm him down. I only noticed that he was wearing a pair of shorts while I was just wearing leggings and my bra.

He must've sensed my discomfort because he stood up and walked towards his closet. He came back out with one of his shirts and slipped it on over me.

I smiled thankfully at him and he sat down beside me again.

"That fucker touched you. He touched what's mine and I should've killed him. He touched you and I wasn't here to protect you" Noah muttered as he stood up and began pacing the room.

"Noah please calm down. It's ok, I'm ok. You got here in time" I said, trying to calm him but whatever he was thinking in his head was making his anger worse.

"I should've been here. I barely got here in time. If I didn't get here when I did, Goddess knows what he would've done" he muttered to himself as he ran his hands through his hair.

"Dammit he could have taken you away from me" he growled.

"Has he touched you before? At your old pack?" He asked through gritted teeth. I bit my lip as I fiddled nervously with my hands.

"Did he?" He asked again, but louder. I nodded and that was the final straw then he shifted into his wolf.

He began pacing around in his wolf form and I watched as his eyes flickered between his own and his wolf's golden ones.

I let out a small wolfy laugh, making him turn his attention my direction. I patted bed with my paw and he quickly jumped onto the bed.

I laid down in the center of bed, my head resting on my front paws while he laid beside me, his tail wrapped around mine and his head rested on my neck.

I let out a sigh of content and closed my eyes. He licked my cheek and we soon feel into a peaceful sleep.

'Thank god' I thought to myself when I woke up and didn't feel any pain or uncomfortable heat.

After three painful days, my heat has finally stopped. Well for the time being anyways.

I'm actually kind of surprised at how well Noah and his wolf controlled their urges and looked after me instead of focusing on finishing the mating process like other males would've done.

I'm extremely thankful for the way they took care of me.

He had stayed home with me and never left my side, always keeping some type of physical contact so it would ease the pain.
