"Your mother once told me that the Moon Goddess had visited her in her dreams one night to tell her that she would find her mate at the mating games that year, which she did, but at the time we didn't know that was true. She said that the first child they had would be the Beta of her new pack, and that their second would be very powerful and sought out to be killed by many evils. Her daughter would be the prophesied white wolf. Of course we never believed that. We thought she just had a weird dream because she was freaking out over the mating games. Now that I see you I know that it was real. You have to be prepared for what is to come Sophia."

"You know I have those dreams too. The only people that know about it are Alpha Maximum, the Alpha King, and Jay. I have until my first kiss with Jay until I turn into the white wolf." I said to her still a little shocked about this new revelation.

"You okay sweetheart?" Diana asks.

"Yeah I just don't feel too hot. I think that maybe….. I might have… I…." I tried to finish my sentence and realign my train of thought, but my mind couldn't seem to focus.

I felt my body fall out of the chair. I didn't pass out because I was still fully aware of what was happening. My eyes were still open, but I couldn't seem to process what I was seeing and the same goes with my hearing.

I hear people screaming and see everyone gathering around my prone figure on the floor. I hear Jay screaming at me to "stay with them" and I feel something on my neck. The last thing I see and feel though is Jay leaning down and his mouth connecting with mine.

"Hello again Sophia."

I turn around and see the Moon Goddess once again in my dream field. She looks like the happiest person with the smile on her face. Even though she looks happy, I can see a bit of remorse and pity in her eyes as well.

"Hello to you too." I say with a dry mouth, "So what made me randomly pass out in the middle of my talk with Diana."

"Sophia the Rogue King is growing stronger, his wolf is taking over, and it's only a matter of time before he attacks. No one knows when he is going to attack. When it comes to him no one knows what is going to happen because he is so spontaneous and it's not just him calling the shots. We don't know when his human or wolf will come out and take control over a situation."

"No one wants him to win the upcoming war and they will do anything, go to any extraordinary measures to make sure he doesn't prevail. You have no idea how many higher beings are using all their powers to make sure that you defeat him. They can't imagine what will happen if you don't. The balance will be corrupt if he wins. Every supernatural being is frightened." She says with a strange emotion in her eyes that I can't quiet place.

This caught my attention and it scared the shit out of me. If the most powerful supernaturals are scared then I sure as heck have the right to be too. Now that I know the costs of this war, I know that I will have to prepare and gather forces together if we are even going to have a shot at winning. I am now properly motivated to win and fight for everyone and everything that I love.

"Ok so now that I get what's at stake here what is going to happen when I get back, and how am I supposed to prepare for this giant massacre? How do I win?" I ask, well more like plead to, the Moon Goddess.
