"Wow! You look amazing!" I exclaimed. It was the Friday night which means I get to take Annie out on a date. She was standing there in front of him wearing this sexy black dress. She even did her hair differently. She had loose curls that fell on her shoulders. I'm glad I was taking her to a nice dinner since she is looking this good!

"Really? I don't look weird?" she said shyly.

"Not at all! You are beautiful. Let's go we are gonna be late," I said and led her to the car. I borrowed it from my older brother Justin so I could take her out.

"Where are we going?" she asked.

"We are going to grab some dinner then we can do whatever you want afterwards," I said. "Maybe go to the movies?"

She smiled and nodded. We were off to dinner.

Order anything you like, my treat," I smiled encouragingly as she browsed the menu. My smile quickly disappeared when I saw who walked inside the restaurant.

Oh hell no...

Evan grinned at me as he approached our table.

"Hey kids, having dinner without me?" he said casually like he was supposed to be here in the first place.

"What the fuck are you doing here, Evan. We are on a date," I said angrily.

He ignored me and put his arms around Annie who looked confused and flustered at his sudden intrusion.

"Hey asshole, get your hands off of her. How did you know we were here anyway?" I asked.

"It wasn't hard. I live right across from her. I saw her get in your car so I followed you," Evan shrugged

"What are you, stalking her now?" I said irritably.

"I told you I won't let you guys date in peace. Annie is mine," he stared at me intently.

"S...stop it! What's wrong with you? Why can't you leave me alone!" Annie finally spoke.

"I felt lonely. I'm also starving so let's eat, shall we?" he smirked. I'm gonna get him back for this.

Annie's P. O. V.

Evan sat next to me and casually ordered from the menu like it was the most natural thing to do. As if he was supposed to be here.

"Dude, what the hell? Leave. We are on a date and you are third wheeling," Mike said. He sounded really annoyed.

"Well I don't mind. It's a throuple date now," Evan smirked. Well at least he wasn't acting angry, right?

I didn't say anything because nothing I said would matter as Evan will whatever her wanted anyway. Why can't he stop being a jerk?

"Alright, then you are paying for everything," Mike decided.

"Fine by me," Evan murmured and kept looking at the menu.

I fidgeted in my seat. He was sitting really close to me. This date is not going as planned.

"Annie why don't you come over here and sit next to me," Mike offered.

"Y...yes, great idea!" I tried to get up but Evan grabbed my arm.

"Sit back down. You aren't going anywhere. You will be right next to me," Evan ordered.

"Fuck you dude, she is my date," Mike protested.

"I don't wanna sit next to you," I complained and try to free my hand but his grip was too strong.

"I wanna go home if you two act like this the whole time," I declared.

"I'm paying half," Mike said quickly.

"Fine," Evan retreated.

I sighed in relief. At least that settled. How did I get stuck in the middle of these two?

Evan's P. O. V.

I loved the look on Mike's face when I showed up for their dinner. Did I ruin their little date? That's too bad I guess.

I know I was probably making her mad with my arrogant attitude but I warned her about this. I won't let Mike have her. She is mine.

"You had your fun crashing our dinner now be gone," Mike said once we got to the parking lot.

"Or else what, punk? What are you gonna do?" I asked.

"Can't we all just get along!" Annie shrilled, speaking for the first time.

"I apologize on this tool's behalf," Mike said, motioning at me.

"You are the tool for trying to steal my girl," I barked.

"I'm not your girl," Annie said meekly.

I stared at her intently. Careful Annie, I'm not a nice guy like Mike. I'm not afraid to take what's mine. I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to me. "You wanna say that again?" I said in a hoarse whisper.

"Dude stop trying to manhandle her every chance you get. Let her go," Mike stepped closer to us. I don't want to fight him so I let go but this was far from over.
