"Let's go." He said once he parked his car. We both entered the mall and at first walked around as he showed me different things. He then stopped at the clothing store and made me wear different type of clothes.

"Wear these as well." He said as he handed me a pair of jeans. I went inside the changing room and took of my clothes and changed into a light pink full sleeved shirt with a pair of blue Demin jeans. Once I came out, his eyes were on me, more specially my body. I blushed hard as he smirked noticing my shift in movements and told me to change back. I did and he bought me more than enough clothes I needed.

"Did you like the clothes?" He asked as we were walking towards the food court.

"Yes. Thank you so much." I said coyly as he smirked at me.

"A kiss would be fine." My eyes widen as my heart beat started to increase.

Does he know?

No, he can't know he was in a deep sleep that night.

I quickly looked the other way as he pulled me closer making his arms snake around my waist. I gulped as we didn't say a word. We sat in a table and he told me to read the menu. I tried and I wanted to have Pizza. I do know what Pizza was since I had it once when I was 5.

"I'll order, wait a minute." He said and walked towards the store and stood there as he ordered the food. I watched around and saw mother's trying to feed their child and some playing around in the small play field in the mall. I smiled at the thought of having my own kids. I just don't know how.

Does a bird come and give you a child? Or does God just send a child in your stomach? I didn't know anything at that made me feel sad.

"Here my dear. Your order." The word dear made my dream come back to me as I felt a chill swept over my body.

"What's wrong?" Nathan asked as I looked up at him.

"Nothing." I whispered and took his hand in mine. His hand was comforting and soft which made me feel safe. He got shocked once I did that but he tried to cover his shock.

"Let's eat." I said with a gentle smile as he nodded and squeezed my hand.

We ate as he kept helping me in reading. He made me say names of different stores and helped me pronounce them. I wouldn't say I was good but I was better than knowing nothing. He was reading a line as I stared at him. I, thank God for letting me be with someone who is so understanding. I could have been with an abusive one, that thought made me shudder. And the past, it was something that was so painful to even think about.

"I know I am handsome." He said with a smirk breaking my thoughts.

"Huh?"

"What's wrong?" I asked as he turned to face me.

"It's nothing. I have to perform an operation on a patient which would be a difficult case." He explained as I nodded, understanding.

"Let's go to sleep." He said, standing up.

"But you didn't had dinner." I argued.

"Oh no worries. I ate enough." He went to the bedroom and I trailed behind him. I sat on my side and he did on his.

"Good night, my dear." He said that word again and my heart leaped over his words.

"Good night." I whispered as he gave me a small smile that was so sincere and gentle that my heart melted. He pulled the cover as I did the same. We slept facing each other as my ears started to heat up. We kept staring at each other with a goofy smile until I felt my eyes started to get heavy. And soon I was in deep sleep with him on my thoughts.
