After I found out that I was pregnant I moved to southern Spain to live with my parents. It was a huge move from America to Spain, especially with the stress of being pregnant and making sure that the father never found out. I feared he'd take my babies away so I have made everyone that knows promise to never tell Matteo he is the father to my children, they will never and I mean never disclose any current information about me or 'my situation'.
My children are my world and even though they don't have a father that A. knows about them and B. spends time with them they do have a mother who cares and gives more hugs and support than they will ever need.
I don't want Matteo to know about my children because they shouldn't be involved in the drama that is his life, especially when he didn't choose for them to come into his life. I did. I decided I was keeping the child. He didn't have a choice and frankly I wasn't going to give him one. I have saved him all the drama and hassle a situation like mine would cause. I never realised that night that his was a multi-billionaire, if i told him about Weaver and Arlie he would probably think i was lying and trying to trap him, or, he would make me abort them. That thought causes sharp pain to my heart, if anything happened to my children i don't know how i'd cope. I figure that what he doesn't and will never know won't hurt him. I mean imagine if the media found out that an engaged-soon-to-be-married-multi-billionaire had a one-night stand with a ballet dancer that ended up pregnant with twins!!! They'd go crazy?!
So here I am, in Southern Spain with my parents and my beautiful children lounging by the pool. Both Weaver and Arloe know that the pool is a place that they can only go in if there is an adult. I am confident in their ability to swim because they have lessons and are taught survival for those situations but I still won't allow them to swim without me, grandma or pops. (Pops is Grandad).
"Mama please can me and Arloe swim with you?" Weaver asks cutely. "Sure, let me grab you both some floats." I am wearing a blue and white stripe bikini, Weaver is wearing a matching one piece and Arloe is wearing blue board shorts. I love when me and my little family are coordinated! It is so cute! I walk around to the pool house and grab 2 pool tubes, some driving sticks and some blow up fishies/lilos.
It is currently a Sunday and tomorrow my kids attend their first day of school. They only do half-days for now in kindergarten because they are still quite young but I am a single mother with a full time job and 2 kids under 5. Up until now my parents have looked after them day in day out for the past 2 years (I took a year off when they were born) but now I work Monday to Saturday with Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays to spend with my kids. I don't live with my parents since the company I work for offers staff apartments and since I am such good friends with the owner/manager, Mac I live in the hotel apartments for free, my kids get breakfast and lunch on the house and if I need daycare I get 30 free hours per child a week. Being friends with Mac is amazing! He has helped me so much and I am truly grateful.
Once we are done playing around, we eat dinner at my parents house before heading back to the hotel/my home. I am fluent in 5 languages, English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. My kids are young but know English and Spanish pretty well. They sometimes mix it up and throw random Spanish words in if they can't think of the English and Vice Versa. They attend a Spanish speaking school that has an international schooling system attached. My move to Spain was the best thing I've ever done in my life.
