I gathered their things into a bag while they crawled toward the door. They could walk when they wanted too but most of the time they crawled.
Adain appeared before they made it all the way out making them squeal. I smiled softly as he got down on his hands and knees with them.
I frowned mystified as Adain growled strangely like a dog and the girls answered back with the same growls. Never in my life I have heard a baby growl. Ever.
Adain lowered his head letting the girls reach up and grab at his face and hair. Shaking my head I finished packing there things in the two diaper bags.
Once I was done I grabbed Alyssa up placing her on my hip. Adain picked up Alicia and grabbed one of the bags.
"Ready to go?" He asked. I nodded and we were out the door. On the way to Adain's Dad's I gave the girls their sippy cups.
Once we reached the house I was stunned. It was freaking huge!
Adain chuckled when he saw my face making me scowl. He hadn't mentioned his family was this rich. Suddenly I was nervous. I'd never met Adain's father and not many in town had.
I got Alyssa out and grabbed a bag while Adain did the same with Alicia.
He led the way toward the house and knocked on the door. I wondered if any one would even hear that considering how large the house was.
A minute later the door opened to reveal a very handsome older man who resembled Adain greatly. He looked to young to have a son as old as Adain but I was proof people had kids young.
A smile broke across his face making Adain blinked stunned.
"They are beautiful son." He exclaimed touching each of the girls cheek.
"Oh come in come in I got the whole day planned." He exclaimed.
Adain looked at me with a confused expression but followed his father inside. I was guessing his father usually wasn't like this. Once we reached the living room Adain set Alicia down along with the diaper bag.
"I've lost my manners. Hello I'm Rob this idiots father. I hope you can forgive him for being such a idiot for noticing something was different with you the moment you were pregnant."
He came over and hugged me and kissed my cheek surprising me.
"Now let me see my grand baby." He chuckled putting his hands under Alyssa's arms lifting her away from me.
"Look just like your daddy." He smiled playing her on his hip.
He sat down in a big brown chair and I laughed when Alicia crawled over to them and started to fuss jealous that Alyssa was being held and she wasn't.
Rob bent down and place Alicia on his other leg. Suddenly Rob was sad.
"They look just like your sister." He said quietly.
Adain stepped forward placing a hand on his father's shoulder. "I know."
After another ten minutes after I'd explained to him about their sippy cups and pacifiers and what foods they liked and didn't Adain finally forced me out to the car.
"I just worry when their with some one new for a first time." I sighed as Adain started the car.
"They'll be fine Dad helped out a lot with the pup- I mean kids around the family after my...sister and mom passed."
I touched his hand as his face became slightly shadowed with pain.
He turned his hand over and laced our fingers together.
"You want to talk about it?" I asked.
"Oh yes we painted and watched cartoons. We ate some fruit and even danced." Rob grinned.
"Thank you for watching them and well being so okay with this.
Rob gave me a hug.
"Sweetheart I've learned a lot in my years and I know these girls are a blessing in my life. I know my son was a idiot by not taking you up the instant he realized you were his but better late then never."
"Dad!" Adain glared.
I frowned confused. When Adain realized I was his?
Adain quickly changed the subject and I forgot about Rob's words.
It wasn't till a week later when Alicia's eyes shifted black that I realized something was wrong.

I screamed utterly terrified as I watch my daughter growl and scream her eyes completely black. Bones moved under skin cracking horrifyingly loud as I stood there in horror.
Her clothes were ripped to shreds and her screams turned into a loud howl as her skin melted into fur.
I watched unable to do a damn thing as my daughter turned into a dog.
My hand was covering my mouth while my other was held against the wall keeping me from crumpling to the ground in terror.
Another scream was utter from me as Alyssa let out a cry and I watched again as my child turned into a dog. No not a dog. A wolf.
