Ashley

I got up and decided to not tell Chris. Come on, it of course is a fake account, and also the threat is a scam, I would have known if I was "engaged" and also, I never had anything to do with the boss of the Mafia.

I took a deep breath and convinced myself to not think about it. I blocked the account and saw the time. It was 4 PM. The time has really made me completely confused. Now, I have to sleep at night to make the schedule right again.

Anyway, I washed my face and combed my hair. I went downstairs.

I heard Chris talking to someone.

"No means no," he said on the phone. He looked frustrated and he banged the table. Only God knows why it didn't shatter into pieces. I ran to him to calm him down.

"Chris!"

He looked at me, but his frustration only increased. Or at least, it didn't decrease.

"Bye," he said to the phone and came to me. He held me by my forearm, rather harshly.

"Chris... what's wrong?"

He was angry, and my hand was now paining.

"Chris..."

He looked at me with a really disgusting expression before leaving my hand harshly. "Leave. Get out"

"What?" I asked, shocked.

"Get out Ashley before I humiliate you"

"Chris... what happened?" I asked, on the verge of crying.

"Whore, get out!"

I started breathing heavily on that word. I can't believe him...

"F-Fine," I cried and went out of the apartment.

I can't believe... he... why? What happened?

Jason

I was on my way to his workplace. I know, Ashley must be out of that place by now.

I found her crying in front of his apartment. I smirked.

I went to her.

"Ash...? What happened? Why are you crying?"

She looked shocked and then came near me, a little. "I don't even know! I am sorry, I am being informal..."

"Oh leave being formal. We are friends"

She didn't react and just cried. I slowly took my hand to push her face towards my shoulder.

She didn't push me away and just cried. Maybe this time I was the reason for your hurt, Ash, but trust me this is the last time you'll cry.

"Kill him"

"But boss, he is an important part. How can we kill him?"

"With a bullet, idiot"

"Boss..."

"Ray. In your limits."

"Boss, I can't kill him. He is the PA of Ms. Heather"

"How dare he touch my fiancee? How!?" I yelled in frustration.

"Calm down, boss. I will convey your message to him"

"Fast. Take him away"

"Alright, boss"

"And bring her here"

"Okay, boss"

Ray

I went to Jason's location. He sure has some nerves in almost hugging her when he knows that she is boss' fiancee.

"Jason," I called and both of them looked at me.

"There is someone... who wants to take me with them. Stop them... please..."

"Let them" he kept his thumb on my lips. "Let them fuck you if they want to"

My eyes widened at his words and everything.

"W-What?"

"You deserve it" he got up and went upstairs. I had no courage to get up after hearing his words.

Heather

"What? Shot!?"

"Yes. He probably did something wrong" Sarah informed me.

"Is he alive?"

"Totally. He was shot on arm"

"That is so relieving!" I sighed.

"Yes. Ashley was unconscious, and is at boss' house right now, according to the information"

"Okay"

I cut the call and sighed. At last, work done. Now, time to be a heroine and go to Chris.

I went to Chris and knocked on his apartment. He opened up.

"H-Heath?"

"Finally!" I announced. Ray smiled widely. "Although she is unconscious, she will marry me tomorrow, and I announce that"

"Cheers!" Ray replied.

"Cheers!" Everyone else said.

I smirked. You are mine, Ashley. Now, who is gonna save you? Do you even know why you have this fate? You won't, and I will kill you for knowing this truth. But I will make sure one thing, that is, to keep Chris away from you. He hurt you anyway, didn't he? I am better than him.

I carried her from the Recreational Room to the bedroom. I put her down on the bed and kissed her on her lips. "I don't ask for permission if you wonder," I said as I kissed her nose and her forehead. "You are mine to cherish or... regret. And I kill my regrets. I hope you don't become my regret. That is gonna be an issue for you, for sure"

I went out and locked her in the room. Tomorrow's a new day, Ash.
