He came back to his initial position and I smiled. "Looking at what you have always done for me, I guess there is no point in stopping us. Be my boyfriend"

He looked at me again, this time a hint of a smile on his face. "That'd be my honor, boss--"

"Boss? How about... Heath?"

He stared straight at me and sighed and laughed. "Whoa that would be so unprofessional"

"So this is professional?"

"Well... you are doing this for the business, so--"

"What?"

He looked at me. "Uh... what happened?"

"You think I am doing this for business? Damn you, I won't go around someone for business! I am not that cheap!"

"So you... uh... like me? Genuinely?"

"Yes, Jason"

He looked down and smiled. I could see him blush a little. "Woah"

"So..."

"Okay, Heath" he smirked at me. "How about I lower the window panes?"

"As you like" I laughed.

He grinned and went to the windows and lowered the panes. Then he walked to me and touched my shoulder. "I can't believe this"

"I know. I... uhm, tell me. Did you have no idea I liked you?"

"Nope," he laughed. "Not even for a single second did I think this"

I sighed. "You are so dumb"

"Oh well, you are just humiliating your choice"

I smirked. "Smart, huh?"

"Right"

I laughed and pulled his face closer to mine. I kissed him and he kissed me back. He was so good at kissing and it felt great to be loved by him.

He was really passionate and I loved it.

He parted and picked me up and kept me on the table. He looked into my eyes and smiled. "This has to be the best thing that happened to me"

I smiled. "Me too"

He pulled me in another kiss and we kissed for a while before getting away. He wiped his lips and looked at me. Then he smiled.

"Yeah so, shall I spread the news yet, Mrs. Manes?"

"Oh you have already married me? Didn't know that" I laughed. He is so funny and cute at the same time. "Yes, spread it, Mr. Manes"

"On it" he left the room and I turned the window panes upwards.

Lara

I was sitting in front of Vincent Smith. I was of course scared because of him, but there was more to add to the story. I was gonna betray Ashley. I know how bad it is, but I don't have a choice! Chris will hurt them if I don't do this.

I just hope that he doesn't believe me.

She sat beside him and fed him the cake. He was smiling but I knew, inside, he was dying to hear what I had to say.

"Look, she shared it with me. You can't ask her! That's wrong"

He looked down and sighed. "Uh..."

"It is okay if you don't trust me. I mean, it is understandable. But I just wanted you to know because I think it is not true"

he sighed. "Of course it isn't. I mean, I never thought... I gave her those vibes"

"Hm..."

I was feeling so guilty but I couldn't do anything. This was the last and the first thing I was doing against her, I swear.

"okay" he spoke and sat down on his seat. We sat down in silence for some moments and then Ashley arrived.

"Done?" She raised her eyebrow. Vincent abruptly got up and my heartbeat raced again. What if he bailed me out?

"I-I will come later"

"But--"

"Please"

"Okay. Come fast"

"Hm" he started going. He looked at me once and then went out of the building.

Ashley looked at me. "What did you two talk about?"

Chris

I was so excited when I saw Vincent walk out of their house, filled with sadness. I of course had a camera fixed there to see the drama. However, I couldn't fix it inside and actually I didn't want to: I hate seeing her close to someone else and that would have been a felony; that is, exploitation of right to privacy anyway.

I knew this was the time to attack. Lara probably told everything to him, he is the most vulnerable right now.
