Ashley
I was with Lara. I had no idea about where Vincent must be. I just hope that Chris finds him. Maybe that could mend all the things.
It was gonna be night soon. I thought of having a small nap, it could help me.
I suddenly received a call from Chris.
I picked it up as my excitement reached its peak. Maybe he found him.
"hey? Did you find him?" I asked him.
"Yes. I found him. But he is not very good..."
"What? Where is he?" I asked.
"I will send you the location"
"Okay"
The call ended, but I was worried sick. Why was he not well? What happened?
I went out and then at the location he sent. I was scared, as well as happy too. Maybe I will be with him forever, but he should explain to me why he left!
I parked my car in front of the location. It was an abandoned house.
I ran inside and saw Chris just as I crossed the door. "Where is he?"
"The doctor is monitoring him. You can meet him"
I was scared and went inside. He was lying on the bed with his eyes closed. The doctor left the room.
I sat beside him. He opened his eyes. There was a sad smile.
"Ashley"
"I am here. Are you okay?"
His eyes held tears. "Yeah, I will be"
"Will be?"
"I understand your decision. I respect it. Just know that I love you"
"Vincent? Which decision?" I was really confused.
He closed his eyes again. "You can go"
"Vincent!" I took his hand. "What the hell is going on?"
He looked at me. "What do you mean?"
"Why are you pushing me away? Finally we can be together!"
"Lara--"
"She is okay. She is alive. It was all well now!"
He sighed. "But I risked it. I was the one to hold you back--"
"Stop blaming yourself. You are the best person, you know that?"
He looked into my eyes. "Really?"
"Yes. Come on, stop this nonsense! I wanna marry you!"
He laughed. "Are you proposing to me?"
"Yes. Will you marry me?"
"Yes! Let's go!" He tried to get up but I pushed him back on the bed.
"Oh stupid, after you get well!" I laughed. He smiled.
"Oh that's sad"
"Anyway, how did you get hurt?"
"Well, accident"
I rolled my eyes at him. "I will kill you once you get well"
"oh, my cruel woman"
I rolled my eyes again. "Get well fast"
One Month later
I was at my house and Vincent was too. He was using his phone right now. He was transferring the leadership of the Mafia to someone else.
He said he is starting a new business: a restaurant!
I was shocked at first, but agreed anyway.
He signed the documents online and kept the phone down.
"Are you ready?"
"Yes," I replied. He smiled.
Tonight, we were gonna get married again. I was so happy and I knew my life was gonna be the best from now.
As for Chris, he has tried to bring up the business again and has done quite well. I am happy for him and so is Vincent. he also forgave him.
Heather and Sarah Blue are in the FBI's custody and are imprisoned.
In short, everything is right now.
