Mia spoke up. "Don't worry too much about things, Ivy. Xenia isn't a good person, so it's best to keep your distance from her after this is over. Don't let Eason spend too much time with her either, or she'll lead him astray."

Ivy smiled. "I know. You're really concerned about Eason."

Mia lowered her head, hiding the look in her eyes. "He's the only blood relative I have left after all."

Ivy looked at her and said, "Can I ask you for a favor? If anything ever happens to me, can you please take care of Eason?"

"I will," Mia replied.

She stared at the woman sitting before her and thought to herself. "I'll drag you into prison with my own two hands as revenge for my father."

Noelle received a message from Mia while she was at the hospital. It was a video showing Xenia's visit to the Cantrell family residence and her meeting with Ivy.

Noelle was in a good mood after listening to their conversations. Watching Ivy panic and lose her composure was quite satisfying.
