Ivy watched as two young women entered the house. Noelle looked up to find Ivy's surprised expression as she asked, "Ms. Liddell, what brings you here?"

Noelle smiled and replied, "I just got out of the hospital and wanted to take a walk to clear my mind. I heard that you haven't been in a good mood lately, so I came by to check on you."

Ivy felt uneasy. She looked at Mia, wondering if she had told Noelle anything.

Mia walked over to Ivy and whispered, "She knows about Eason being kidnapped, so I couldn't stop her from coming. I already sent you a message earlier about us coming, no?"

Ivy had not checked her phone at all.

She had no choice but to pull herself together. She looked at Noelle and said, "Thank you for your concern, Ms. Liddell. I'm fine."

Nolle replied, "Your son got kidnapped! This is seriously bad news! I will do anything I can to help! You have to stay strong, Ivy. I'm sure we can still save him."

Ivy's expression froze up.

Mia grabbed onto Noelle and said, "That's enough, Noelle. Let's go and take a walk around."

Noelle did not want to leave. "I still want to talk with Ivy for a little longer. Ivy sincerely tried to look for me to apologize to me, remember?"

Ivy could barely hold herself together at that point. She replied, "Ms. Liddell, sorry, but I'm not in the mood for a chat right now."

Noelle looked at Ivy, seemingly enjoying the show. "How can that be? It's usually times like this that you need company the most."

Ivy wished for nothing more than to drop all pretenses and fight it out with Noelle right then and there.

Seeing that they had done enough mental damage, Mia pulled Noelle away and said, "Let's go. I have something that I want to tell you."

Only then did Noelle reluctantly leave.

Ivy watched Noelle leave and then smashed her cup onto the table while cursing at her.

She could not believe that bitch just walked up into her own house just to provoke her.
