Noelle was briefly silent before saying, "You're overthinking it."

After she hung up the phone, a hint of worry crept onto her face. She wondered if she should reach out to Cedric.

She paused and, with a conflicted look on her face, added, "I know that isn't fair to him."

Mia looked at her. "It's like… you're acting with impunity because you know he only has eyes for you, so you let yourself lash out."

"It's not that simple, but until this case is over, I can't bring myself to be with him."

Mia gave her a comforting hug. "I get you. After all, he did lie to you for so long, and it's only natural to be upset."

Noelle glanced at Mia and said, "But now that I need him to testify, I have no idea how to contact him."

"That's easy. Let me pass a message through Mr. Bodyguard," Mia said, yawning as she yanked open the curtains.
