I got up from the bed and walked to the glass table kept in the center of the room where I kept my mobile. I smirked as an evil plan entered my mind.

I dialed the number, hoping I don't sound gay. Nothing wrong with being gay, but gay for that douchebag is a big no. And unfortunately for all the gay guys out there, I'm straight.

"Miss me already?" Came a voice and I raised my eyebrows. "And where did you disappear off to? I asked Sarah about you and she told me that you were here just this morning. She didn't see you leave. Are you a ghost or something."

This guy was an idiot.

"Shut up and pack your bag. We're going on vacation like we did in college. We need to catch up on alot of stuff." I said smoothly.

"Adrian, you intend to hijack me and sell me in the black market. Don't you?"

"Lucas, we leave tomorrow. Visit the psychiatrist today." I said, while rolling my eyes and ending the call. He was such a kid.

And according to what Mr Boston once told me about Emily,

Well she likes kids.

That's why Lucas was going with me.

Without sparing another second I started to pack my back.

Next day.

My private jet was ready to take off as I got seated, with Lucas in front of me. I intended to spend a week in California. I would've spent longer if it wasn't for the fund raising charity event which was supposed to take place exactly eight days from now. I was one of the major donors, and the host in-turn was one of my major benefactors therefore I just had to attend it.

I already asked Lucas to tell Emily to stay home for the next one week, since she worked for me only. There you go sounding possessive all over again! Aren't you leaving just to get rid of those miserable feelings.

I frowned as I realized that the feelings were getting out of hand. I've never felt anything like this before. Was it love? Maybe I was confusing my feelings, it was a stupid chase since she wasn't head over heels for me like the other women. She was a challenge, and I just loved challenges. So that was all.

I had no idea what just happened. I was still in shock. I couldn't even respond. Did I even hear him correct?

His eyes went wide, probably in realization of how absurd he sounded. He knew I was a player and a womanizer, that's what he called me after all. How could he ask such a stupid question with such a serious expression. Asshole.

"Adrian, you did not respond!" He exclaimed as if solving a mystery. " I was right. I knew it! You slept with all those women to hide the fact that you're gay! That's why of all the women in your contacts, you invited me! You asked me to visit a psychiatrist because that's what many people do when they realize their feelings for someone. They push them away! And then-" By now I was holding the sides of my seat so tightly that my knuckles turned white.

"Don't even continue Lucas." I said, venom laced in my voice. How could he accuse me of such atrocity. I was beyond shocked now.

"I'm not done yet. After you told me to visit the psychiatrist, you ended the call because you felt guilt. You regretted saying that instantly. You're gay, and-" his eyes further widened and he covered his mouth using both his hands "and you're in love with me!" That does it. I got up and grabbed him by his collar, resisting the urge to punch him. Failing miserably, so I actually punched him, square in the jaw.

"Shut the fuck up you moron before I throw you off the plane. I'm not gay and for your fucking information I am in love with Emily, so don't fucking accuse me of your fucking delusions. You can fucking k-" I stopped mid sentence as I found him staring at me with an amused expression.

"Why the hell are you staring at me like that, I didn't crack a joke, I fucking punched you."
