He was pulled out of the small, cold, dark room out to a decent sized room. His eyes burned from the light that flooded the room.

"You come now, I only take you so far, then you on own." He was pulled out of the room to a running Jeep. He was pushed into the back and the kid took off quickly from his captivity. This was too good to be true. He might get home to his babies yet.

"Momma I'm all finished," Aurora called as she scampered up to her from the chair.

"Good job sweetheart, you're such a big girl, are you ready to head home?" Paige asked picking Aurora up.

"Yeah, I tired." Aurora let out a very long yawn.

Paige stood up quickly, "Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Cummings, we'll see you later." She turned out of the kitchen as Aurora nestled her head down against her shoulder. She hurried to her car, strapped her baby in, and headed home. She took a deep calming breath, never again she could never sit in their house ever again after tonight.

Gabe stared at his parents narrowing his blue gaze a little, "I'm Aurora's uncle, that's all it'll ever be, Faye and I are together, she understands what Paige and Aurora need until Spence comes home or however long they need me, if Paige doesn't want to be with someone she doesn't have to be, honestly Mom I would have expected better from you, Faye and I just needed time to figure things out," Gabe stood pulling Faye with him. "Thank you for the food." He led them both out of the house quickly.

Faye squeezed Gabe's hand, "We're together now huh?" she teased as they shut the door behind them.

Gabe grinned, "Guess I jumped the gun on that one, they just make me so angry."

Faye pulled him to a stop, she stood on her tiptoes as she pressed her lips to his, "I am not complaining." She giggled a little when he snatched her up and spun them around in the driveway. "Gabe," she quickly sobered from the love fest she was enjoying. "I'm worried about Paige."

"You too?" Gabe sighed as he placed her back on the ground.

"She's getting depressed again, I don't know how to help her." She sighed closing her eyes tightly.

"Me either, we just have to try to give her the encouragement she's been giving everyone else."

"Do you really think he's still alive?"

"I honestly don't know how he can be, maybe we should help her come to terms more, I love her and Aurora, I just don't know what to do, she's forgetting things about him now, she's hating herself for it." He ran his fingers through his light brown hair making it stick up a little in spots.

"Maybe I can try to talk her into some counseling." She suggested as they went over to the truck.

"Offer to go with her at first." He began to think she had a very good idea. Something had to help.

Paige smiled as she looked back at her daughter. She got out of the car slowly and began to get her out.

"Need help?" the male voice asked as they leaned next to the back door of the car.

She gathered Aurora up and straightened, "Nope I got it." She glanced at Kurt. How dare he think he could hold Aurora, he would never be given a chance in Paige's book. She took off towards her two bedrooms one bath tiny house.

Paige's eyes began to swim with tears, "Yes you are like Daddy, you have his sharp beautiful blue eyes, his skin tone, and his beautiful light brown hair."

"Like Uncle Gabe?"

"Yes, sweetie."

"Is Daddy ever coming home?" Aurora looked up at Paige innocently.

"I'm hoping he will, one day, he loves you, Honey, now how about you tell me more about the zoo?" Paige tried to change the subject, there was only so much she could handle about telling Aurora about Spencer.

"I saw a giraffe, elephants, lions, monkeys, all kinds of animals Momma, I want to take you to show you all of them." Aurora splashed again getting Paige wet.

She giggled, "Soon we'll go Honey, I love you so much."

"I love you too."

"Close your eyes so I can get your hair done." She filled the cup up with water, got Aurora's hair wet, soaped up, then rinsed out. Then washed her body, once Aurora was washed Paige got her out the tub, got her dry, and into the jammies. "Come on Baby let's get you into bed." Paige tucked her in tight, kissed her forehead. "I love you goodnight."
