"You just won the league against the world second club with top players and now you are scared of playing against a group of high school boys, who are still looking for academy and sponsors to pick them up you are not weird at all, but we got this Captain," I assured him as he parked in a private parking space.

We got down and walked into the mansion looking hospital, stopping by the reception "Here to see Dr. Brook." I said pulling the nurse attention away from her ongoing job.

"Good afternoon Mr. Moretti and Mr. Brook, Dr. Brook is in his office." She responded with a slight bow of her head.

We walked to his office, Dr Brook is the best pediatrist in the world, He's Gabriel's father who is also friend with the top five family in the world, best friend to Olivia Marshall and my mom also he's my godfather.

"You decide to come visit me after how many months boys?" Dr. Brook said to us with a smile on his face has well entered his office and took our seat in front of him.

"Hello dad," I and Gabriel greeted him at the same time smirking back at him in response.

"How was the season and Congratulations on your win," He said to us after shaking his head in amusement at our unison response, "thanks dad and it was great," Gabriel answered him this time smiling back at him. "Your mom and Kayla are proud of you, how are the other midgets?" He said, Gabriel mom died twelve years ago at child birth to his younger sister Kayla, who was a still birth his father brought him up, "I know that dad, but aren't you proud of me?" He teased his father in response "plus the midgets are fine, Rafael went for a shoot while Michael is in the studio preparing for his tour." I replied him with a smile.

"You know am always proud of you, both of you better give your old man a hug," Dr. Brook said getting up from his seat with his arms opened for us. we hugged him "I am proud of you midgets and nuggets and I love you kids." He said to us and pulls away, he calls us midgets and the girls are the nuggets, He's like our father in New York and he's doing a good job so far.

"What brings you here today and don't tell me you decided to visit?" He asked us sitting on the table.

"Well, I sprained my arm because this dumbass here pushed me," I answered him pointing at Gabriel as the dumbass.

"Let's have a look, shall we?" He replied with a smile on his face.

I sat on the examination bed in his office while he applied and ointment on the sprained arm and bandaged it up, he treats my busted knuckles that I used in banging the door out of frustration.

"Want to tell me why you have busted knuckles Nino?" He asked once he's done treating them and takes his seat.

"His anger issues Dad and I will say he deserves it after what he did," Gabriel replied instead with a wicked smile of his lips.

"What did you do this time Nino?" He asked me.

"That will be nice Dad, see you after the game." We said in unison again while we walked out of his office and the hospital.

After my conversation with Dr Brook, I decided to fight for what I wanted with all have got. I contacted Mila but she didn't pick up, guess she's still mad at me for my words but I kept texting apologizing for my behavior.

The following day she texted back surprised I apologized to her, I am proud and I have never apologized since I was a child but this girl makes me want to be a better person, a better version of myself.

I told she and Ava about my intentions with their friend and at first, they were both against it but they later agreed to help me out. We exchanged text and they send me pictures daily till their arrival.

I purchased all of her paintings from Ava, placing each of them in each of my favorite apartments just to have her around me, she's doing things I never thought will be possible without her having any slight idea and am loving every bit of it.

Monday morning and I drove to school in my Lamborghini with a new mission in mind, to make Diamond Marshall mine only to receive a call from one of my companies requesting my presence. I called the guys telling them about my absence for a week and requesting them to look after Diamond in my absence.

It's been a week since our weekend getaway to California and Ava's event was two days ago, we had fun in California even after the event with Mia and Cindy. I forgave Dad after he promised to call me often and his side of the bargain is kept because he calls me daily to ask about school and talk about his meetings also.
