"Nope, she's still saying the same things", Devon sighs. His mother cries into his father's chest and he comforts her.

"I told you we should have told her years ago", she says then cries harder. I hear someone come up behind me. I turn around and spot Amber at the living room door. She goes back out the door, crying when she spots me there and Devon goes after her and I follow him.

"Please don't hate us Amber. You're my sister I told you before that I can't lose you. We weren't allowed say until you turned", he says.

"I can't trust anyone anymore", she whispers, pulling Devon off her.

"I'm so sorry Amber", he begs, getting on his knees. She starts to cry and he pulls her into a hug. "I can't lose you".

"I can't lose you either", she says. He lifts her off the ground as he hugs her and she laughs. I've missed her laugh and seeing her happy. I know it's only been a few hours but I still miss her. It tears me apart seeing her upset. Devon lets her down and she looks at me. Can she ever forgive me?

"Amber?" I say.

"I can't lose you either, Damian", she says. I smile and she runs over to me. I spin her around the room and tackle her with kisses. She giggles and Devon rolls his eyes, but I could see he was trying not to smile. "I'm sorry for saying I hate you, you know I love you. I could never hate you".

"I love you too baby", I whisper. I cup her cheek and kiss her.

"Wait a minute, when did you two become a thing?" he asks.

"Um....last night", she says.

"Is that where you went off to last night? You went off with him?" he asks, he looked a bit angry.

"Yeah", she says nervously.

"And where did you sleep last night? Because you never came home?" he asks. Amber looks at me and I smirk. "Oh my god, you went off to his bedroom and stayed there all night!"

"Kind of", she says sheepishly.

"Well there are exercises you can do to find them or you can just wait until you change", I say.

"I want to do the exercises", she says.

"You want to become one?" her mother asks.

"Well I have no real choice anyway, I'm going to change sooner or later I might as well get it done with", she says. I take her hand and squeeze it.

"Werewolves are stronger, faster, have better hearing, sight and smell than humans", Devon says.

"We go hunting every few days and sometimes fight other packs if we're attacked", I say.

"So I will have to learn to fight?" she asks. I nod and she sighs. I look down at her necklace I got her, she was wearing it! I sit her on my lap and kiss her neck.
