"I'm sorry guys that I haven't been spending enough time with you", I say sheepishly.
"You don't have to apologise we know you're busy, it's fine", Hannah says.
"It's not fine, I promise to spend more time you three, then we don't need this weekly thing. I promise to spend time with you every day because I don't want to lose my best friends", I say. They smile at me.
"I'm sorry too", Ellen says. Rachel and Hannah pull Ellen and me into a hug. "We're all still best friends?"
"Of course", Rachel says. Rachel and Hannah go off to the toilet as Ellen and I were making our way back to the car.
"If you think about it, you're kind of like my sister-in-law", Ellen says.
"Well if we were married", I correct her.
"Well, being mates is basically like being married". Yeah I guess it is. "Do you ever think you two will get married?"
"Yeah, we love each other and want to spend the rest of our lives together. I don't see why not".
"Then we'll be real sisters", she says excitedly. I laugh.
"Sisters-in-law", I correct her again.
"Okay whatever miss everything-has-to-be-right". I laugh more and hug her again. "Aw and then if you guys have babies I'll be an Aunty". Whoa, whoa, whoa who said we're going to be having babies any time soon. "Well when you're older obviously". Yeah older, definitely not now, we're only teenagers, we're not ready.
"And I'll be an Aunty when you and Dean have babies". She looked a bit shocked when I said that. "I mean when you're older too".
"Oh right yeah because I'm not ready for a baby yet. I love babies and kids you know, it's just I'm 17, almost 18, I'm too young".
"I know what you mean", I agree.
"And having a baby will be sore". I cringe as I think about all that pain, ouch. Poor mothers, the amount they have to go through is plenty and painful.
"Hey you two", Hannah says coming up behind us. She scared us a bit and we both jumped when we heard her. "Did you not hear me come up behind you?" We shake our heads, we should have because we're werewolves but we were too busy thinking of the pain of giving birth. "Okay? What's wrong? What's with the horrified faces?"
"Doesn't matter, where's Rach?" I ask, changing the subject.
Damian's POV:
*Four weeks later...*
I flit into my bedroom. I go up behind Amber and admire her in her sexy short dress. It was blood red and it almost showed her ass, it was that short. She was so hot and beautiful, she's unbelievably perfect and she's all mine. I put my hands on her waist and kiss her neck and she jumps.
"Oh I'm sorry, did I scare you?" I ask. She turns around and looks at me. She looks very pale and distracted. Earlier on she was flushed and now she's pale. I think she's sick. "Baby?"
"Huh?" she asks. She shakes her head and turns back to the mirror. "No you didn't scare me". I look at her with concern and she looks at me through the mirror.
"Are you okay?" She nods. I put my hand on her forehead, she was heating up, her forehead was burning hot. "Baby, you're like on fire".
"I'm fine", she says quickly. She turns back around and twirls. "So what do you think?" She's changing the subject, I don't think she's fine at all, she looks so sick.
"I think you look perfect as always, is this all for me?"
"The short dress is", she winks. I chuckle and take her waist and pull her to my chest. I nuzzle her neck and she relaxes a bit. Her shoulders have stopped being tense and stiff. There's definitely something wrong. I take both her hands and spin her around the room. She giggles and falls into my arms. I lean down and kiss her on the neck, leaving a mark behind. She puts my hands on her ass and I squeeze it. "You ready?"
