"Thank you, guys. It means a lot to me that you're all so supportive and caring," I thank.

"Well, you're our best friend, we're hardly going to be mean and horrible towards you! And don't thank us, honey. We're here for you anytime," Rachel confides. The teacher enters the room and Ellen and Rachel sit behind me and Hannah. Devon doesn't enter the classroom until five minutes after class has started. He storms in in a huff and looked pretty pissed off. During class I rest my hand on my belly to calm myself down so I can relax the babies. For the rest of the day I heard my name being said as I passed, this werewolf hearing was a gift and a curse because I knew everything they were saying and they weren't good things. I didn't spend my lunch with Damian like usual instead I spent it with just Hannah, Ellen and Rachel. I wanted a Damian free day unless he grew up and stopped acting immature. When we arrive home I head upstairs to study for my upcoming exams.

"Amber," Damian calls softly from the door entrance of our bedroom, knocking on it lightly.

"Leave me alone," I grumble.

"But-"

"Are you deaf? I said leave me alone, no buts," I continue.

"Amber, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

"But you did, even though you promised me you wouldn't. You can't go beating people up and shouting at them like that!" I shout.

"Amber, your voice," he frets softly.

"Shut up about the level of my voice, I'll speak in any level or tone I want and you can't boss me. I hate those boyfriends who get into fights and lose their temper like that so easily and you're just like them. I know it's not your fault that you find it hard to control your anger but you have to keep trying. Please do it for me and the babies, we need you to grow up and just let all the mean comments go without making a fuss about them. I don't care about them so you shouldn't either! Damian, I'm sorry for getting so mad at you, I never meant to. I have a bad temper as well and I know I'm a hypocrite. I love how you care about me and stick up for me but please, you can tell them to stop saying those things in a calm and nice tone without having to pin them against walls and shout in their face."

"I know, you're right. Amber, I never meant to get in an argument with that guy earlier. I was still raging from that run in with Alec and as soon as he made a comment about you I lost it. I was tired of hearing people bad-mouthing my girlfriend."

"I know, honey. But just forget about them; just drown them out whenever you hear one or think of me and the babies."

"I will. This time I will definitely keep my promise."

"Good because these guys need a good Father that isn't this trouble maker." I say, taking his hand and letting him rub them.

"I know, they deserve the best Dad ever who doesn't cause battles with other packs. I'm sorry again," he says shamefully.

"Sorry again, beautiful."

"Better," I giggle. He gently places his lips on mine in an amazing, spontaneous kiss. We eventually pull back and I feel a slight moving sensation coming from the twins. "They're moving again, Damian!"

"It's unfair that I can't feel it," he sighs, moving his hand over my growing belly.

"It's unfair that I'm fat but I'm not complaining," I respond.

"That is the understatement of the century," he laughs.

"Yeah, you're right," I agree, chortling at the end. I always complain about my bump, I have since the start and I will continue to do so. Damian cocks his head to the side as if he was listening for something. "What's up?"

"Nothing, I shall be back soon. Stay here." He pecks me quickly on the forehead before dashing out of the room with his werewolf speed. Nothing is definitely something. I know when my Damian is lying to me and I know for sure something has happened. One of the pack members must have told him something telepathically so I couldn't hear. I drag myself out of the bed and wrap my dressing gown around me before leaving the bedroom. I check for Damian's scent and find it in his office. I make my way to his office slowly so he can't hear me. When I get to the door I listen in to the conversation going on inside.
