Damian's POV:

"Hey, girls, where's Amber?" I ask the girls.

"She's...um..." Hannah answers.

"What's wrong?" I ask with concern.

"We should tell him, guys, she's been gone too long. She went to your car alone to get a book that she left in there; she's been gone about five minutes. I'm sorry for not telling you, she didn't want us going with her though," Mia explains.

"Five minutes?! Oh, no, that's not good." We all flit out of the school to the entrance. She was flitting with all her might and she stops when she sees us.

"Run!" she warns with a scream. She runs into my chest and she was crying her eyes out. I grip her to my chest tightly in a hug. Her cheek has a red handprint on it which was obvious that someone hit her, her arms were all bruised, her neck was bruised and crimson red and her breathing was ragged. Who has done this to my mate?! I'm going to kill them. I start to cry myself at her state and at the fact that someone did this to the person I love. "He's coming, Damian!" she croaks.

"Who, baby?! There's no one here," I cry frantically, scanning around for her attacker. She pulls back from me abruptly and looks for whoever did this.

"Where did he go?!" she bleats.

"Who, darling, who's done this to you?" I demand.

"Alec," she bawls, "Please don't be mad at me for going out alone. I'm so sorry."

"I'm not, baby, I can never be mad at you. I'm just so worried about you, he hurt you so much. We should get you checked out at the hospital. Guys, can you please get all pack members after Alec. Track his scent and fucking torture him for this. Keep him alive until I get there, I want to kill that monster myself." I turn my head to look at all the girls and they were all crying too.

"Is she going to be okay?" Rachel asks, wiping her tears away.

"Of course she is, the babies are going to be just fine too," I assure.

"We love you, Amber, we're so sorry we weren't there for you, sweetie," Ellen frets, giving her a hug.

"No, it's my fault, I should of listened to you all, I'm so stupid," Amber muses.

"Just in the neck, that's all."

"Can you tell me exactly what he did?"

"I went to my car and when I was on my way back he came up behind me and grabbed my waist. He touched my ass and my breasts-"

"He what?!" I interject, stopping the car.

"He cupped them, but that was it, Damian, I'm sorry for letting him do it, I thought he'd hurt me if I stopped him. I did slap him away before he put his hand in my pants though but then he slapped me in the face, then he pinned my wrists to the car and strangled me, I thought he was going to kill me. But then he stopped and grabbed my arms and bruised them. So I kicked him in the nuts and that's when I flitted away." I smile lightly when she I says the last sentence.

"Don't apologise for him touching you like that, it's not your fault. I love you, Amber, everything's going to be okay with the babies, don't worry."

"I hope so," she says. I place my hand on her huge bump, rub it to calm her and I down and then start the car again. We arrive at the hospital and I help her out of the car, holding her hand as we walk in the hospital. I sit her down on the chairs at the maternity ward before going up to the front desk.

"Can I help you?" the lady at the counter asks, giving me a quick smile.
