"What was that cold look for?" he asks, as he turns me around.

"What cold look?" I ask.

"The one you gave me and that girl", he says.

"I don't know what you're talking about".

"Really? Is someone jealous?" He had a huge smirk on his face.

"Of course I'm not", I lie, then cough.

"Sure", he says sarcastically. "Don't worry that girl is just in my science class, we're doing a project together". Oh, okay. So he wasn't asking her out.

"So, it's not like I care, why would I?" He grins.

"Okay then". I nod and keep walking. "Hey wait Amber". I sigh and turn back around. "I'm actually going to your house, do you want a lift down?" Being alone in a car with Damian? Well it beats walking home.

"Sure, thanks". He smiles and we walk out to his car. We get in and he starts the car. A few girls waved seductively at Damian as we were leaving the school gates. He gave the girls a smirk which sent them into giggles. I don't know why I'm so jealous. Okay I'm in love with him and it pained me to see him with another girl, that's why. A tear escapes my eye and I quickly wipe it away. Damian pulls over the car.

"Amber, are you okay, what's wrong?!" he asks with concern.

"Nothing", I sniffle. God I can't believe I was crying in front of Damian!

"Yes it is something, or else you wouldn't be getting upset. Tell me what's happened?" He takes my hand and I felt those familiar tingles again. I look down at our hands and so does Damian.

"It doesn't matter", I manage to say, looking back up at Damian. He looked so sexy! Why does he have to be the sexiest guy ever?! Damian smiles and caresses my cheek. He's so sweet.

"You matter to me, Amber". The way he said my name made me shiver. He leans in closer. "You mean a lot to me, more than anyone else". Does he say this to every girl? I shouldn't fall for his tricks but I can't help it. He kisses me and I kiss back. He grabs my ass as we make out. A few of Damian's and Devon's friends, who I have become friends with tap on the window.

"Hey sis".

"Hi", I say, throwing my bag onto one of the arm chairs. Damian comes in behind me.

"What are you doing here for?" Devon asks.

"I came to apologise. Devon, I'm really sorry", Damian says. I still don't know what they were fighting about.

"It's okay, I'm sorry too", Devon says. I look away from Damian, I have to act like there was nothing going on with us. Devon would never let me go out with his best friend. I have to pretend that I still hated him.

"Did you drive her home?" Devon asks.

"Um...yeah", Damian says. I nod. Devon looks at us oddly then stops. Phew! That was close!
