Ocean's POV

"Hey Rasco, how's it going?" My back rested safely of the soft feel of my pillow as my laptop illuminated light onto my face.

"Ms. Devilla, whenever you're free I'd like you to visit your old residence with me if that's okay,"

"Yeah sure." I nod as if he could see me. "I'm taking a trip though, not exactly sure how long."

"Hmm, may I ask where to?'

"I-I'm not sure."

"You're not sure?" He asks as if I was losing it.

"Someone's actually taking me on the trip, it's a surprise I guess."

"Hmm," He says again, the skepticism dripping out of his tone. "I assume you know this person well?"

"I- Yea... Yea sure. Um, could you avoid calling me unless its something really important for the next few days? Text me instead."

"No problem. Have a safe flight and a fun trip." The front door shuts close and I jump.

"Alright, thanks. Bye." I hang up and stand, pulling down my shorts as I walk into the living room where Trevor stood removing his shoes.

"Hey," I greet and he turns to look at me, a smile immediately gracing his face.

"Why hello, kind of you to greet me with such a beautiful sight upon my arrival." I give him a flat look before looking down at my ratty grey t-shirt, and spandex shorts.

"Very funny." He snorts, removing his tie and I chew the inside of my cheek as his muscles bulge through the white dress shirt.

"How was your day?" I ask him, more to distract myself and he sighs.

"Wasn't too bad, a bit stressful. What about yours,"

"It was good, a step closer to graduation." I smile to myself and he grins.

"Less than two months left right?"

"Right."

"Time goes by so quickly. I already have your graduation gift set out and ready for you."

"Really?" I smirk. "And what may that be?" I ask, taking a step closer to him and he returns my seductive look.

"Something I know you'll love," He almost whispers as I was now a lot closer to him. He reaches to undo his buttons but I beat him to it, slowly undoing each of them, allowing the tip of my fingers to brush against his muscular body each time. When I was done, I reach to remove the shirt but he stops me.

"I think I got it from here, thanks, friend!" He pats my head, walking off to his room as I stand, hand still frozen in the air as my mouth falls open. Did he just...

I know he didn't just...

"A lot of time! I have to pack clothes, and sheets, and pillowcases, my bathroom stuff, food-"

"For what?" He squeaks, almost as if I had lost my mind.

"I'm traveling Trevor, as in, to another country."

"You'll be at a hotel," he says avoiding my eye.

"And?"

"And they have food! And sheets, and pillowcases!" Trevor now had his hands on his hips as he stared down at me.

"Hmm, when I was younger my mom used to put everything in my suitcases, from new towels to shower curtains," I admit honestly.

"Shower curtains?"

"Yup." He was silent, staring at me before he just looked away as if he wanted to forget what he heard.

"I have nothing to say." He snorts. "Go pack then, I talked to your school already, and we can run to the mall if you need anything else."

I scratch my head, letting out a loud sigh as I went to do what I was told.

I couldn't help but feel that Trevor was being cold with me, he wasn't as playful, he didn't touch me other than that pat the other night, and I knew he said that he didn't want to get heartbroken but c'mon chief, it's not that deep. I can't help but wonder what exactly will happen on this trip, but by the way, he's acting, leads me to believe that this is going to be a trip to remember.
