Trevor's POV

"Are they still out?" I ask Matteo as he sat typing away at his desk. He poked his head out and was about to answer until we both heard a car pull up into the driveway.

They must be back.

The audacity of Meo, to even think about taking my guest out on a date on her first day here is just unfathomable.

I was out of Matteo's office and back into my bedroom in less than a second. I couldn't deny that I was angry, perhaps even jealous. They held hands to leave, and Ocean was now walking back into the house with a bouquet and a soft smile on her face. One that I wish was only reserved for me.

If Meo wasn't my brother I wouldn't think twice about blowing his head off in a dark alleyway or something of that sort, but as of now the only thing I could do was warn him.

I heard small chatter downstairs before the door was softly pushed open and in came Ocean.

The flowers were no longer in her hand, and probably noticing my foul mood she slipped off her shoes quietly as I stared at her.

"Is everything alright?" She asks me and I resist the urge to scoff.

"How was your date?" I reply instead and she raises an eyebrow.

"It wasn't a date."

"Oh, it wasn't?" I question rhetorically and she crosses her arms.

"Are you jealous of your brother or something?"

"Me?" I force out a loud laugh. "Never."

"Good, cause, as far as I know, you're the one who friend-zoned me."

"Exactly." I shrug, and she continues to stare at me as I do at her.

"Unbelievable." She mutters to herself, before grabbing her clothes and walking into the bathroom. A loud 'click' fills the room as she locks the door.

I was up early, knocking as firmly as I could on Meo's door.

After a few minutes I hear a loud groan before some stumbling, and the door swings open.

"Trevor? What time is it? What do you want?" He rubs his eyes and I'm sure he didn't notice the glare I was throwing at him.

"Chi ti credi di essere?"

(Who do you think you are?"

Perhaps realizing exactly what I was talking about he smirks, and shrugs.

"Non so cosa intendi. L'ho portata per un piccolo tour," He lies and I clench my fists.

(I don't know what you mean, I just took her on a little tour)

"What do you really want to talk about Aloria? I know it's not just to catch up." I burst her bubble, and she pulls an offended face.

"I can't just pull you aside to know how you're doing."

"That's not you. You're selfish and immature. All you really think about is yourself." Already tired with the conversation I make a move to stand but she grabs my hand again and pulls me back onto the chair, tears in her eyes.

"Trevor, I'm sorry-,"

"You said that already, through text, through voicemails, face to face, and I told you that I forgive you. But you can't respect my space, can you? I don't want to get back with you Aloria. " I tell her and she grabs my face.

She looked desperate and pathetic, I hated it, and quite frankly, after this morning I was in no mood for bullshit.

"Trevor, you're just saying that. You're hurt, I know, and I want to fix that. Give me a chance to fix-"

"You had five years!" I snap, and she jumps, her grip on my face loosening. "Why now? Why when I'm back in Italy, with someone, that you decide you want to amend things Alora? I couldn't get a text, you couldn't call?"

"I-I, I don't know what you want me to do Trevor?" She sniffs, bringing my face closer to hers and my gaze drops to her lips. "If you're holding back because of that girl, I think we both know that she can't be me. You won't be happy with her."

I say nothing, I just continue staring at her, she takes that as an invitation, and before I know it her lips are on mine as she kisses me. I don't respond I wait until she was done before I grabbed her neck and lowered her to me once again.

"I want you, to leave me the hell alone, and if you ever dare to refer to Ocean again, I will wreak havoc in every aspect of your life. I did not come to Italy for this, so I'll be damned, if you, Meo, or anybody else in this house tries to ruin my time here. Goodbye." I release her roughly, before standing and making my way back to the room.

I was furious. I kept clenching and unclenching my fists as I stepped into the room. I expected to find Ocean right where I left her, but instead, she was gone, and so were her bags.
