"Hey, you have to stay here for at least fifteen more minutes," he said. I shook my head and started unplugging the IVs. He sighed in defeat, knowing that my wolf had healed my wounds. I started walking around, looking for my clothes since I had on what looked like a hospital gown.

"Here", I turned and saw Balthazar holding out a plastic bag with clean clothes. I muttered a thank you and pulled off the gown. Having an undershirt on, I quickly slip on a T-Shirt, along with some army pants and my combats. I turn to see Balthazar on his phone. I clap my hands, to show him I'm ready. He abruptly looks up and begins to stand.

"God, you know, Dr. Jackson had said one of your ribs collapsed?" He said. I shake my head, but then I remember I did hear a crack when I fell down the stairs, which explains a lot of things.

"For how long was I out?" I asked.

"Pfft, the whole school day Trix," he responded.

We keep walking out the doors until we reach the doors that connect to the living room of the packed house. That's when I see some pack members sitting down, others out the window, some hanging out on the staircase. That's when I realize they had all came back from school. I wrapped my arm around Balthazar's forearm, muttering about how I wanted to go to my room. Balthazar nodded, knowing why already. He walked me to my room but was disturbed when we heard the Pack House sirens. This only meant one thing.

We were getting attacked.

Balthazar took me down the stairs, where we saw many women and children running towards the safety. Outside, we can already see the warriors. We headed outside and saw the huge battle before us, it had already begun and when they charged, some wolves had died, instantly. Balthazar quickly grabbed my hand and started running towards the back of the packed house. I knew where he was taking me. He was taking me to my safe, an underground tunnel he had made specifically for me.

I was scared out of my mind, but I didn't have time to think about that. We were running, and a murderous growl was heard, sending shivers down my spine. Balthazar had started running faster and reached what looked like a pile of leaves. We quickly moved them out of the way, where there was a door. He opened it and was about to tell me to get in when we heard another growl.

We stood frozen in our spots and looked towards where it was coming from. Standing right there, was none other than Alpha Theseus.

Standing in front of us was Alpha Theseus, a well-known Alpha amongst werewolves. The youngest, most powerful Alpha on the face of the earth. By the age of twenty-one, he already had the largest pack and conquered various others. But what scares me the most is the rumors I've heard about him. He lets out another thunderous growl, his eyes pitch black as he started stalking towards us.

"Hold her for a sec." He said, and as quick as he turns around, his claws extract slashing Michaels throat without him even knowing it. Michael died instantly. Theseus turns back around, almost as if the situation never happened and brings me back into his arms. His chest rumbles a growl, and he holds me tighter and closer. Aiyana yelps in content, she likes how our mate is so close to us. After a while, Theseus puts me down.

"Shift." he said.

"She can't shift Alpha." my brother responded for me.

"And why is that," Theseus questioned, his voice serious, filled with authority. He wasn't asking Balthazar to tell him, he was demanding him.

"The Pack Abuse, they um-made her wolf weak, Alpha." my brother responded. Trying to be as respectful as possible. If Theseus's eyes could get any more black, they did. He growled loudly and punched the tree next to him, making a huge dent, enough for it to completely collapse. He started holding his head as he clenched his jaw in anger. After taking deep breaths, he finally calmed down.
