My date grabbed her bag and started to leave, but the waiter intervened. "Hello, ma'am. The total comes to 31,200. After the discount, it's 30,000. Would you prefer to pay with cash or a card?"

Her eyes widen in shock. "You fool! Ask him for the money!"

The waiter looked at me, but I raised an eyebrow and responded, "Don't look at me. I haven't eaten anything. What, do you expect me to pay for just sitting here?"

The girl looked dumbfounded, pointing at herself. "You want me to cover the bill?"

"It's only natural that you pay for your meal. You want to eat without paying?"

"What's wrong with you? A guy should pay for the meal when he's out with a girl! You filthy lowlife!"

I gave the waiter a pat on the shoulder. "She says I can't settle the bill. What do you think?"

"Um..." The waiter looked embarrassed, unsure of how to respond.

I glanced around and spotted a girl at a nearby table, her back to me. I turned to the waiter. "Has she ordered anything yet? If not, please serve her the same dishes this lady just ordered. My treat."
