ARIANNA'S POV

I woke up feeling groggy. I blinked a few times to clear my vision. I looked to my left and saw Marco fast asleep with his head on his arms on my bed. Behind Marco, Dad was asleep, sitting on the window bed. Next to him, in a chair was Kevin and Kelly, fast asleep cuddled together. Alysia and Trevor were doing the same thing.

I finally looked to my right and saw Nicolas fast asleep with Nicole using one hand to hold her while he was holding my hand with the other. She was clearly awake, staring up into his face. I guessed she was trying to decide whether she liked her father or not. I decided right then and there that Nicole would become Nicolas's entire world. That little girl would have him wrapped around her finger twenty-four/seven.

I pushed myself to sit up completely, pulling my hand out of Nicolas's and waking him up. He opened his eyes and gave me one of those weird smirks. I knew he was up to something but I chose not to ask and instead reached to hold my baby girl for the first time. Nicolas passed her to me and I positioned her in my arms. She was beautiful. Her big brown eyes held mine forever. She already had a little hair growing on her head. I smiled at her and she gave me one of those baby grins that I soon realized was not because she actually liked me but because her diaper needed to be changed.

I looked back at Nicolas and he was smiling down at Adrian in his arms. Nicolas handed me Adrian and took Nicole back. Adrian opened his eyes and I gasped. He looked just like my baby pictures. It was like looking into a glass mirror of my life. He had the family nose but I knew he was going to act more like Kevin. Always ready to protect his little sister. I smiled at him as he squeezed my finger. My babies were quickly becoming my world.

Nicolas bent down and kissed my forehead. I looked up at him feeling the silent tears of joy shed down my face.

"They said you might have memory loss since you lost so much blood and went into a coma." He said.

"How long was I out?"

"After the emergency C-section and surprise," He said smiling down at Nicole. "You were out for at least a day and a half. But when you passed out again after naming Nicole randomly, you were out for four long days."

"Oh."

"How much do you remember?"

"Everything."

"Even while you were sleep?"

"Yes. Every confession. Especially yours. I named Nicole for a reason."
